11-Mar-2024 - cold day. First snow in weeks.The place is ok. It was super busy during nighttime. This is good for business but bad for customer service.We arrived with my party and wanted to order. No one was on the counter. We were waiting to order on the counter and other people waiting behind us, ordered through the self-serve kiosk. We were not sure what we wanted so we let the go first.The cashier told us that he was going to take our order. He didn't. Other people were ordering more and more food from the kiosk while the cashier was not taking our order. We decided to use the kiosk after 7 people were already ahead of us. There were many Uber orders as well so our drinks were in limbo.We waited for 40 minutes before our order was made. There were a lot of people (and orders) for 2 employees. It was a Sunday at 10;15pm. We just finished having dinner and wanted something sweet before heading home. And after 40 minutes... We just wanted to go home.

Brought my family here on Saturday after CNY dinner to get bubble tea for our car ride home. We ordered 6 drinks at around 10:10 pm but didn’t get them until past 11 pm! It looked like they were prioritizing orders from food delivery apps rather than in-person customers. Maybe it’s a really busy time for them but the length of time we waited was unacceptable. Would probably have gotten faster service if we ordered from an app and had it delivered to us at our table. Otherwise nice place with interesting flavors to try.

I was really excited to come here as there are many options to choose from. I got the bear bottle with roasted oolong milk tea. It tasted so good and looked super adorable!! I would definitely come again!?
