HIGHLY recommended! I could stay here all day eating their desserts and all their samosas are flavourful. I bring boxes of samosas to gatherings, and they are ALWAYS finished before the party ends.

Been visiting here for years. Saw significant drop in quality of Samosas.. competitive prices but cheap quality food. Never even try their mango shake. Taste bitter and very watery. 0 customer service. On advising them the quality is very concerning and that I can’t have it. When trying to talk to them they refused to listen and showed a no care attitude. Setting up a business shouldn’t be only to make dollars but also to service good food what makes a business ideal and popular for long term.

The store claims on their radio ads that their samosas are 70% fat free or cholesterol free which is a tall claim or a misleading claim...On their another radio ad the lady sings "cholesterol de Tel vich samosa pakani aa" .what kind of advertisement is this don't the owners check what the ad says...wonder what are they cooking in....?

Quality is not the same anymore. Somosa and paneer pakodas tasted very bad. Never again. Terrible customer service.

Food and quality wise it's perfect. However, service is extremely slow, and you have to wait for a good amount of time for your order - wait time is 25 - 30 mins sometimes.

Good food but poorly managed. I've waited 15 mins for samosas that were already prepared and ready to go.
Their sweets are good but their service is below average. I went there to order a box of sweets and a large takeout container, the cashier was Raman and she didn’t provide the servers with my slip that I ordered. I had to wait over 20 minutes just for a large take out container. Rajvinder was kind enough to assist me.

Samosa and sweets factory's samosas are most delicious and economical. They are legends in mass producing samosa in Canada, but there is always a long queue there to order.

I just now ordered palak paneer samosas along with green chutney but I didn’t get the proper order I was supposed to get from the staff. Worst customer service experience.

Applied for a job interview as a QA technician. Their pay rate was $17-18. They told me they will let me know the decision in 2-3 days max. But they never contacted again even after me trying to reach out to them. Well what to say thats what you expect from a company paying $17-18 anyways!! Huge suggestion: Atleast tell your candidates what decision you have made whether its a yes or no!!
