Great quick stop for a nice bowl of ramen. I much prefer these full service stores over their expanded food court locations.

Sansotei Ramen provided a decent lunch experience during my visit with my boss. While I typically don't gravitate towards noodle dishes, I do enjoy sampling ramen on occasion. Opting for the Miso Black variety with a side of Zangi (Fried Chicken), I found the overall meal to be satisfactory, albeit lacking in standout elements. The broth at Sansotei Ramen boasted rich flavors, adding depth to the dish. However, it didn't quite leave a lasting impression, falling into the category of a standard ramen noodle offering. The Chashu, however, stood out as the highlight of the meal, impressing with its tender and flavorful texture. As for the Zangi, it failed to make a significant impact. While I appreciate a well-prepared fried chicken, this particular rendition didn't offer anything particularly noteworthy. That said, it served its purpose as a decent snack to enjoy alongside the ramen.Overall, Sansotei Ramen proved to be a convenient option for a quick lunch, offering efficient service and a satisfactory meal. While it may not have blown me away with its culinary prowess, it provided a solid option for a fast and filling midday meal.

epic food epic taste epic quality. very fast. only thing is I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a date as the atmosphere has loud fan noise from their kitchen vents. I highly recommend it nonetheless for the food and service.

I ordered Tonkotsu ramen and croquettes. You can choose from thin or thick noodles, and the taste meets the bar of what you expect from a ramen place. It can be a bit crowded but the rotation is fast.

A very sleek and quaint ramen shop despite being on a busy intersection! Great ramen and great vibes. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back again!

Love their Tonkotsu Ramen….so good, I get cravings! A great spot because of their quality and service. I only wish the space was a bit bigger, since tables are very tight together when the restaurant is busy; (which is why I took off a star for atmosphere). Otherwise, my husband and my go to spot for Ramen in city! ♥️

We used the wait-list as directed. We arrived in under 5 minutes as required when our table became available. When we arrived, staff had already given the seats to others. What is the point of the wait-list if you aren't going to honor it? We waited for 15 mins and then had to find somewhere else to eat. How you treat your customers is everything.

Tasty Tonkotsu To-Go with a Side of Croquette IndulgenceMy boyfriend and I recently indulged in a cozy ramen night, opting for the classic Tonkotsu Black Ramen and a duo of Croquette orders from Sansotei Ramen. While we're seasoned Sansotei diners, this was our first experience with their take-out service.First things first, the packaging was well-organized and secured, ensuring our precious ramen cargo arrived intact. We appreciated the thoughtful separation of the noodles from the broth, a game-changer that kept the noodles delightfully firm, avoiding the dreaded sogginess that can plague take-out ramen. The star of the show, the Tonkotsu Black Ramen, lived up to its reputation with rich and flavorful broth. However, I must admit, the broth leaned a tad towards the salty side for my taste. The eggs were a highlight, perfectly cooked with a luscious yolk that added a delightful creaminess to each bite.Having enjoyed Sansotei's delightful ambiance in-store on previous occasions, I must confess that the take-out experience, while good, didn't quite capture the same magic. Ramen is undoubtedly a dish that thrives on being enjoyed fresh and piping hot at the restaurant. The Croquettes, on the other hand, were a delightful addition to our meal. Crispy on the outside, warm and flavorful on the inside, they were a perfect accompaniment to the ramen bowls. While the take-out version didn't quite match the in-store experience we've come to love, it's worth noting that the quality of Sansotei's ingredients and their commitment to delivering delicious flavours still shone through. We'll continue to be loyal patrons, with a preference for the in-person dining experience when possible. Here's to hoping for a time when we can savour Sansotei's ramen delights in the cozy confines of their restaurant once again!
