Got stuck eating here as I was in a rush and everything else nearby had a very long wait list. This place has become primarily a malatang place instead of Shuyi. The ingredients in the fridges look like they’ve been left out for a long time and I was a little worried about the quality control and cleanliness. The cashier was rude and there’s no signage on their soup options and I had to ask what they even offer here. I got charged $34 for a small portion of ingredients that would cost $5 to buy at the grocery store.Went to the washroom and it was a disaster - toilet paper rolls are not in the dispenser and instead, all over the mop that’s next to the sink. Toilet looks like someone had massive diarrhea over it.Gave up using the washroom and went to sit down and found all the tables and chairs to have never seen a wipe in their entire lifespan.

The yogurt in the yogurt-roasted grass jelly is sour and makes you have diarrhea.

Called the place and try to order drinks over the phone but the staff said had to physically be in store to order. Huge disappointment since I'm on my way to school and don't have time to order and wait at the store. If you can't take orders over the phone I suggest you remove your phone number from google.

i like the brand itself and their drinks but this particular one always seems it’s half opened, there’s boxes stacked there and because there is also a chinese pancake place that’s somehow in the same shop but not sure how they are related, it feels a little sketchy.

Fruit teas are good but the toppings that comes with it are changing all the time depending on who makes it. The menu needs to be more specified like details of the drinks and what kind of toppings are included. Don’t get their Regular milk tea!!! The bubble was so hard like rock and all stick together that doesn’t come out through the straw.

They dont offer reusable cups to drink from it's all one use plastic, tried moon cake for first time and not a fan, too heavy. Also there is no washroom!

There are countless issues with this restaurant. First of all, I used to work next door at the vape store and Shuyi Tealicous HAS A RODENT PROBLEM THAT THEY HIDE FROM CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE MICE RUNNING AROUND IN THE KITCHEN AND THE MICE EVEN HAD A HOLE FROK THEIR RESTAURANT TO THE VAOE STORE THAT WE HAD TO COVER UP BECAUSE IT WAS CREATING PROBLEMS FOR US. TRUST ME DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. They don’t cover drinks for deliveries. they let the drinks spill and if you ask them to fix it and make a new one because they don’t cover the drinks and they refused and we’re very rude and didn’t treat me with any respect and basically ignored me and said they can’t help. I would recommend going to a different place to eat or get bubble tea as there is a amazing bubble tea store across the street in the mall. They really need to fire the young man who does delivery orders. he is very rude and u helpful and never says have a good day when i say it. they hire rude inexperienced employees with no training and don’t even train them properly. whenever i walk in there there is always nobody in the front of the store. the staff are almost always in the back socializing like they are having a party. They always try to get the customer out very quickly. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT EATING HERE OR ORDERING FROM HERE. TRUST ME. DONT DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT

I don't like Earl grey tea here

Taste was good. Service is meh. Things to improve: fix the washroom so customers can use it. Provide napkins without customers asking. Clean and reorganize the store so it doesn’t look like it’s under renovation.

Their plain cheesecake is nothing special. For each bite theres a sort of refrigerator taste. But their cruffle (crossaint waffle) is delicious and something you'd crave. It has a nice flakey and light flavor profile.
