Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Awesome staff. Only thing is due to the location, I'm guessing they don't get a lot of kids, thus no crayons for the kids. But this didn't affect our experience.

went there on sunday to watch the nfl playoff games. It was busy, but a good and chill crowd, The server/bartender was the rudest and most digsuting that I've encountered in a while. She was the overweight indian lady with the headband. I waited about 15 minutes before she even approached me, but I saw that it was a little busy, but not crazy, so I stayed patient. Ordered a drink, she didn't even ask if I wanted food or delivered a menu, I was starving. When she brought the beer, she slammed it on my table and walked away in a rush, and gave me an evil scowl. I endured this lack of service for about an hour and tapped out, I asked for the bill and it took another 20 minutes for her to come back, then she mumbled something blah blah about have a nice day, she doesn't deserve to be in this industry and needs to find a new job. This location used to be decent and is now a gongshow.Wheelchair accessibility: one even floor with no steps

Service was a bit slow, but mostly fine. Their breaded boneless wings are bad. Vegan wings, regular wings, fries, and sauces were all exceptionally good. The atmosphere is laid back with lots of TVs all around playing NHL, baseball, etc.

Awful. Absolute rip off and never coming back here for anything.Came here for the all you can eat boneless chicken. Just look at the photos. Never have I eaten fried chicken with what was close to a 1:1 ratio of batter to chicken. I understand you need to make a profit but this was a very obvious attempt at preventing you from ordering more. I’m no slouch when it comes to AYCE but I could barely eat more than 1 order. Add to that because of the insane thick dense batter it didn’t even taste good.Great way to make your money off a first time customer and never again. Also service was fine, but I’m not separating my rating based on category. A 1 star establishment is a 1 star establishment. Service doesn’t make up or excuse you for the food.

Had an excellent experience here. Came during the evening rush. Server Jacqueline and another employee Donna were amazing. It was surprisingly busy, food and drinks came out quick and fresh. First time at this location, throughly impressed with the quality and taste. Will definitely visit again in the future. There is ample parking in this area, both street and underground.

This particular location of St. Louis is a go to for after work drinks (5.50 Caesar’s and domestic draughts until 5pm) and some pub grub. Frequently understaffed, the service is usually slow, though very nice. The drinks are made well, the food is definitely on “St. Louis’ brand”. A Canadian chain, St. Louis is good for some “local” fare, but nothing here will “wow” you, but you will leave content. Some atmospheric changes could help this location out, there’s sound issues with lag with what game is on the television, inappropriate graffiti in the washroom on an exposed water pipe. These are issues that have been around for a while. For a downtown location, it’s reasonably priced versus nearby options.

I ordered on Uber Eats, it took an hour for it to even be prepared for the driver to pick up (it was just a pound of wings and fries). They forgot my extra sauce that I ordered, the fries weren’t even salted and weren’t crispy. The wings were whatever. If you’re gonna take an hour to make something simple at least make sure the quality is good. That was just horrible.

Pretty good food, the atmosphere is great, but they wouldn't let us in in a second day even though it was 80 minutes after their opening time.
