I’ve been ordering from here in-person and mobile order for months now, regularly every weekend at least once because it’s closer to me. Just now i went in person and ordered a Tall Coffee but they punched in a Gr. They also said my name wrong and Alice is not even a difficult name. Why??? I m so very disappointed, they always make my order wrong, i usually get milk with no foam but it is always with foam and i feel bad to ask to remake it, because i feel it’s unfair for the people waiting after me when there is a lineup, but i’ve had enough now. I have a reason why i want my drink made a certain way and a certain size due to health reasons, but this location is very bad. The staff needs more training in precision and perhaps, teach them how to pronounce common names too! 1 star is not even worth it, i am never setting foot in this location because of the staff.Dietary restrictions: Lack of precision and lack of respect.

This is a great Starbucks! The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were brought samples of a chestnut praline and ginger molasses cookies, which was so awesome. Definitely come check them out!!

Zahra, Hana, Leslyn were AMAZING! They were so sweet and incredibly friendly. Made the best drinks EVER!!!! They honestly deserve a raise and the biggest bonus. So sweet and I will def be coming back.
The local is amazing, even though it is small, it’s quite beautiful and not to mention the amazing service they offer there, they are always willing to take your order with a smile and kindness is one of their best recipe, the place was kind of dirty though, but it is also the responsibility of we the customers to keep it clean as well

Today I was disappointed that Ayumu didn't speak up, despite me clearly indicating multiple times that she isn't speaking loudly enough. I hope Starbucks pays better attention to accommodating disabled people.

I am a full time regular Starbuxer. Biggest fan and spend significant amount daily, plus visit locations for meetings and work. I love Sbux.Today I waited over 31 minutes for an order. It was busy but I noticed staff didn't really respond to the rush or adjust for orders.Disappointed today.
