"I wish my order was made more than 3-seconds. " (Complaint)Ordered x1 Black Iced Coffee (2 sugars) and x1 Pistachio Latte around 1pm, 28th of February. The worker who took and messed up our order was Rizza.When she handed us our 2nd drink which was made wrong - she didn't even apologize and made some silly excuse about hearing "black coffee" and assumed it to be made hot instead of cold. She then stormed off and banged the ice-scooper into the cup so loudly that it could be heard by everyone; then she slid the drink toward us with such an attitude - it left a bad impression."I get it, mistakes happen. But workers shouldn't give an attitude when it's their own mistake and it was not necessary. Anyways I don't I'll be coming back to this place and hopefully she treats customers better."

I want to thank three people who helped me today, November 14, at 11 am, as they gave me a drink and a wrap (I couldn't use my card and I only had $100 cash) I was solving a problem with the bank and I could not use my card. They noticed and gave me breakfast and I felt very thankful because I had left early without having breakfast and I am pregnant and it still didn't solve my problem and they had that nice gesture with me and I felt very happy. Thank you so much for your love.
The staff here are super friendly and cuteSadly I didn't work near here anymore to buy my drink every day but will always be my go-to store.

The girl named GEEN (I think that’s how you spell it) is rude not only to me but to multiple customers!!! She acts like she owns the whole Starbucks! She stares at you like she’s gonna do something to you!! The whole time I was sitting inside Starbucks I was uncomfortable!! Fix your attitude!! Then maybe people will fix how they treat you!
