For some reason, mobile drink orders are kept behind the counter, out of customer's reach. This means if you submit a mobile order ahead of time, and you miss your name being called, you will have to flag down a barista to ask the status of your order / ask them to pass you your drink. I hate to interrupt the barista's busy workflow when I could just grab the drink myself and be on my way. But its either that, or stand around waiting like a loser for 10+ minutes (this has happened to me on a number of occasions. Nobody stops to ask if you're waiting for something... meanwhile your drink is sitting there getting cold)Other locations like 439 University have mobile orders sorted on the front counter by the first letter of your name, which is a much more efficient system.Otherwise the drinks are good and the staff are friendly. But you're better off ordering in person at the counter, or submitting your mobile order only after you've set foot in the store.

Yesterday I was here order a coffee and I have to wait for 15 minutes but I till don’t get it yet , the reason is both girls stopping serving just because they want come out to playing with a dogs but after they comeback to making a coffee I saw them never wash they hands, then I ask to cancel my coffee and I only tell them because taking too long

The location of Starbucks at 250 Queen st. W Toronto dosen’t offer a functioning washroom or any furniture to sit. I miss where you could sit and also have access to the washroom when needed. Even the display case looks miserable.Standards have really gone downhill.

Here's a fun test. Ask to use the washroom. They will tell you, as if it just happened, "sorry its closed for maintenance"....which is this Starbucks' way of not letting you use their washroom. What washroom does the staff use if they are out of service? They're not out of service. Serving food and beverages without a washroom in downtown Toronto.
