This place has some awful staff. They tear open the bottom of you sandwich bags and ignore your order on purpose.

Great food and service. The place was clean. The large concrete pillars take away from that warm and cozy feel of a Starbucks.

The staff here is so nice every single time I come in. It actually restores my faith in humanity and cheers me up if I'm having a bad day. I've never been somewhere in Toronto with such consistently nice people.

Kaya the manager and Shawn is one of the baristas at this location; he made the best iced coffee for me this morning. Great customer service! And Sara makes the best iced teas.

What is the point of bringing a reusable cup if your staff just uses disposable cups to pour into the reusable cup..? the whole purpose of bringing a reusable cup is to reduce waste.Staff needs better training
