I have the most horrendous customer service experience in the 485 Church Street starbucks. I went inside to buy a coffee and I requested access to the bathroom.. the bathroom downstairs has been occupied by non customer for more than 20 mins, apparently someone is sleeping inside the bathroom. I requested the floor manager Nay to let me use the bathroom upstairs as an exception and she refuses base on health and safety concerns which makes absolutely no sense. The manager was incapable of understanding the situation to make an exception and keep a positive customer experience environment. I've explained the manager that we are a small community in the village that we know each other all and that bad customer service will impact their business. I'm not happy and I do not recommend that starbucks location.

Ordered matcha latte on Ubereats and I don’t know why the drink was only half-cup???? Very unsatisfied and probably won't order in this store anymore

Very poor shape of the place. Though there were many people in the place when i visited,guess they don’t pay attention to flies on food. Idk about the workers but negligence is definitely a concern for that Starbucks. Definitely should work on the cleanliness of the shop.Zero star

I usually come here for coffee and the service was normal until today, a woman named Lea took my order and she got mean when I showed her my favorite coffee recipe on my phone, she was frustrated because she had to look through my phone for many steps to make my order. and after taking the order I asked her to scan my point card, she threw the machine in front of me and as a customer I felt very sad because this is one of my favorite starbucks locations. I would really appreciate it if the manager took care of this situation and made improvements. Thanks

Hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Writing the review sitting in it lol. Been studying for 4 hours, got 2 drinks over that time period, and each time I ordered all the baristas were super friendly and chatty. Not normally in the area, but honestly considering making the trip just for the experience. Drinks are well made, the store is clean, and there’s a spacious, quiet upstairs to study in. Thank you folks for an amazing and welcoming experience!

A very busy location, always a line up and a long wait for the order. Order about 10 mins ahead so you don't have to wait.
