Attention Marika...I don't usually leave bad reviews.. however, this was a very unfortunate circumstance that could have been handled a whole lot better by your staff and especially supervisor on duty Nino... what's so difficult in ordering my cold brew with either requesting or paying for the foam on the side?? Apparently, this is a "new" policy with no start date and only upheld by this location as I literally order this exact drink every day and only came out of my way to this starbucks as it was the only one still open. Nino had no explanation for this silly policy and I truly hope you have one for him instead of an offer attempt of a free drink, I already have over 2000 stars and that will not resolve the poor interaction. Having the option and ability to modify a beverage is part of the reason most generally choose starbucks over others and tip your baristas. This was simply denied, and I was left having to order not what I came there however still asked to customize my payment with a tip after seeing your staff giggling as I wrote this review from my parked vehicle? Please explain.

I should have written this sooner, but better late then never.I go by this starbucks daily and whenever I am served by Daniella I leave a happy customer. I’m sad to know she is soon leaving as she will be taking the her wonderful customer service with her. My experience at stabucks is the reason I come here daily as she is so catered towards her customers. From knowing my drink, to how I like it made and stirred and served - Daniella goes above and beyond and I’m going to miss her because as great as her coworkers are, I’ve never seen an employee cater to a customer so much.Starbucks at parklawn road is definitely losing an asset, but her next employer is gaining a great asset.All the best to you Daniella and your future endeavours

Popped in on Nov 20, 2023 at around 4:00pm. A customer was being served but I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I got my birthday reward and both baristas wished me happy birthday. Super friendly and engaging. Great customer service and they really made my day. One of my favourite Starbucks locations.

Music is way too loud. Asked if they can turn it down. They said yes but nothing changed.They also removed tables in the back, leaving an empty waste of space.

This is THE BEST drivethrough I have ever been to for Starbucks. Everyone is sooooo kind and friendly. The service is efficient. They offer my dog pup cups. It is a delight! I adore the team. Thank you.

Came here for the coffee at the drive thru. Whenever every visit a guy attendant I feel I’m obligated to give a tip or drama about to happen. I always regret coming here cause its along the way to my workplace…. the past my car got coffee spilled by a worker he never apologized!!! Sometimes the coffee is cold I never complained. I should start complaining. I’m not here for drama just here for the coffee it’s so complicated just to pick up the joe!!!
