I am writing about a rude and disrespectful person who works in this branch of Starbucks, and his name is Diego, this was the first branch of Starbucks in my life where I encountered very rude and disrespectful behavior, It was not crowded and there were only like 10 customers inside the Starbucks, but after waiting in line for 20 minutes just for 2 coffee, I asked the barista how much longer I have to wait because my order took too long! But he rudely told me that I am not a machine and you have to wait! Finally I canceled my order and walked out??? really rude barista

Today the barista and the one who took my order they just made my dream drink which no one else has made yet. They took my order and also suggested me the best option and the results were amazing thank you for your service i don’t know the name of the baristas but it was around 2 and 2:30 pm today on March 5. I really want Starbucks to appreciate their work. This was my best experience with Starbucks thanks to them!

Fast service on a Sunday! Mall is always busy on the weekend but we were in and out quickly here. Seating is located outside in the mall area. It was full but we found seating close by. Love that they carry “Well” juices! Typical mall based Starbucks with nice decor. Fairview mall is fairly upscale with some nice brand name establishments. Hudson’s Bay is an anchor tenant. Mall and area is clean and well kept and there are ample visible security which is good. Lots of parking and options like garage etc. Excellent experience at this Starbucks!

Always classy !My favourite coffee shop, and this location is great! I like their cold brew dispensers! I usuallly get cold brew or caramel macchiato and both drinks are great at this location.

I showed up one say before my birthday because I wasn’t going to be in Canada for a whole week starting my birthday, and even though you are only allowed to redeem your birthday treat ON THE DAY OF, Christian was kind enough to make an exception for me one day before and treated me with my choice of sandwich & even offered me a drink. Made my day and I appreciate the good service. Thank you CHRISTIAN.

The last two Starbucks visits had extremely slow service, especially the Forest Hill location. Over 10 minutes to heat up a breakfast wrap. I could count the many many people who were served and left with my breakfast still waiting to be heated up. Nobody cared.
