Just went there this evening, and the barista got my drink order wrong. She corrected it in time and got my money back. The head staff are poorly training their employees. A new manager and new staff will help improve this Starbucks location for the future.

Some Baristas are great, others should not be allowed to work with customers, the stench of entitlement & disdain for customers with disabilities, by certain staff, makes me hate coming here & has pushed me to using another location, even though it's out of my way a little bit.Although this location used to have great staff before it moved, now, the staff has changed for the worse.Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent accessibility, staff are pretty good most of the time, but some desperately need to be trained better.

I love chai tea latte of Starbucks and iced papaya spiced tea .
They refused to serve coffee ten minutes prior to close. If you are open until 9:00 pm you should serve coffee until 9:00 pm not 8:45 pm.
