Tell me why I order my venti matcha latte with no ice and receive HALF A DRINK. I’m not paying $9 for a bucket of ice, just to be gaslit into thinking that this is normal behaviour. This is not normal, it’s greedy. I’ve never had this problem before, even at this location, so I don’t understand why the barista today thought it was okay to serve me a half empty drink?

Small Cafe, but good baristas!

I've been frequenting this Cafe for over 2 decades. Tables are hard to come by.in the pandemic,it got worse,less tables,and staff has become more rude than usual. Case in point, 2 months ago I asked for a refill,and a batista told me off. Also,there's an annoying balding man who roams the Cafe, looking at every one,including me,goes in and out without buying anything. Maybe,he's had brain surgery because he's bald on the top of his head. I go there on my way to the clinic. The place has become truly nasty. Too busy,not enough staff,lousy service with exceptions. And the stinking balding man who roams around the Cafe, as if in a trance.

I was just there and the shorter middle eastern woman at the cash with the pale skin and the very dark hair in a ponytail is extremely rude. She doesn’t greet customers and when I gave her my order she put in the wrong drink and a completely different name. I suspected her so I asked for a receipt and then she corrected the order but left the wrong name because it doesn’t appear on the receipt. This made we wait longer than I had to because my coffee was waiting there with the wrong name on it. My name is a common name and she even repeated it back to me so there is no excuse for this except for rudeness. The time on my receipt says 11:25am on November 8th. If you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t work in customer service! No wonder so many of the recent reviews are bad.

The store is a big mess.The Barista John is totally and utterly very mean to me especially . I was waiting in the cashier and was totally ignored and he served the next client in line. Not sure why is that.. However the other Barusta shirt and white skin(couldn’t get her name) was awesoE and very efficient

Small busy branch on the Danforth. Limited seating inside, but several tables available outdoors which provide a pleasant spot for a quick coffee. Friendly service and typical Starbucks quality.

I work near this Starbucks location, and getting my daily coffee is always a great experience. The morning staff are the most friendly and welcoming staff ever; not a single day without being greeted. And my Mocha here is always a must. Best mocha in the area. I recommend this Starbucks with no doubts
