I know it’s just a franchise restaurant and nothing particularly special about this location but the sales associates actually know what they’re doing and go above and beyond to make sure that your order is perfect. Definitely recommend this location.

I used to love this place but after today, I don’t ever wanna come here again. Waited 20 minutes just for the guy to say it was not in queue yet then he was told by the other barista that it was steeping for 20 minutes. He then made it completely wrong and had to do it all over again. Waited for 30 minutes and I don’t even know if the drink was worth the wait.

I could just be unlucky, but every time I’ve come to this Starbucks it’s just chaotic amateur hour. SOMETHING from my order is always off and even with a mobile order, I’m always left waiting with my order coming out piece by piece. I wish they would just tighten it up. This is not the busiest Starbucks in the city.. why are they always struggling so much?
