family game day
Server was judgemental mead me feel like I did not no what I was talking about.Questioning my Order witch was a hot chocolate for my child. Child size witch was outside i don’t have to bring here in. Well today they mead me feel like I’m pulling a fast one to save a dollar 150 and told me I’m not a child. They told me is a practise from star bucks to ask I have ordered this same product from this same store 24 hr ago the they served me to no questions ask. I have ordered this over that past 2 years about 100 time never ask here there or not I Eva's went to the star buck just up the street by queen and kenilworth and they told its not a practise and they were shocked that they ask me that because it’s something there not told to ask. I don’t want to say because my race or how I look but there’s a but. I hope the next time it will be different.

I won't be returning to this location. They do not care about their customers. Nobody says Hello or even bothers to look your way when you enter the store. There's 4 or 5 of them behind the counter at a time chatting and most of them lack common sense. Please avoid this location at all costs. Head over to Monarch Park for great service!

I hardly ever go to Starbucks these days, preferring independent cafes, but I had a very pleasant experience at this location. The staff was so friendly, cheerful and upbeat - the few moments I spent there really made me happier! It was visible that people who worked there really enjoyed their jobs and there was such a good atmosphere and positive vibe. I have to admit that seeing the price of my drink: over $7 for a venti size flavoured latte was rather shocking. oh well. I only wish that baristas made more than slightly above minimum wage - they definitely deserve it!the place is spacious and bright.the other thing - but that applies to all Starbucks locations in Toronto - I really wish they would bring back those thermos carafes with milk and cream and sugar that used to be available for customers before the pandemic. I guess the company saves a lot of money and it is less hassle and work, but for such a big and prosperous company as Starbucks it looks like a sign of cheapness. Even small independent cafes provide such convenience for customers - so why the market leader doesn't?

Jonathan is such an incredible barista, they make my mornings brighter each day. Thoughtful, cheery, speedy and kind. This is my local Starbucks so I would go regardless as it’s my most convenient coffee but the attentiveness of the staff and community feel is the cherry on top.
NiceeeeGood coffee in good company is always a pleasure.

Will not be returning to this location or Starbucks in general. This is not a community coffee shop. I spend $30-$40 per week here, and came in to buy an $8 coffee. I recently moved and my coffee grinder broke so I asked if they would grind some beans as well. Rather than simply supporting a regular patron, they said no to grinding less than a pound of beans, even with purchase of their product. So i went to buds down the street who has better drip and service.
