They put riddles on the board, and when my fiancé asked him the answer to it, he rudely replied, "You have to figure it yourself. When she said she couldn't, that's why she was asking. He stared at her and said he couldn't help in that. Once the order was ready, he pretty much threw the straw on the counter. Haven't experienced such an unwelcoming staff ever at Starbucks.

Starbucks no longer allows customers to access the milk and cream, resulting in many mistakes. This Starbucks has repeatedly got my, and my friends’, orders wrong. For example, on more than one occasion I ordered my usual grande Pike with 2 cream and received the coffee black, with a drop of milk, or a drop of cream. My friend ordered an Earl Grey tea black and received it with a lot of cream! The baristas here repeatedly get the orders wrong. There are not enough individual tables or seats, so you have to sit at a long high communal table, which is not comfortable. The washrooms are locked so you have to ask for a code. This is one of the worst Starbucks I have been to, and I will have to avoid it in future. The employees need better training and there appears to be no quality control whatsoever. Look at the attached picture of a grande pike coffee with 2 cream and you will see why I’m dissatisfied.

I ordered an ice coffee and Frappuccino. The staff was very efficient even though they were handling so many orders and also my drink was perfect . Thanks for the efforts you put into peoples coffee ?

I rarely go to this Starbucks location but every visit is always a good experience. The barista, Marcel, even remembered my fave drink only after a few visits. Shoutout to Marcel for being so accommodating even when I visit during rush hours. They always make my drink right and I never had a bad experience at this store.

Service was okay. Not securing the lid properly on a hot drink is well below standard, just be more attentive at your job. There are not many Starbucks remaining where a person can sit and enjoy a drink. This location thought it was a good idea to remove all the tables and chairs and replace with stools and long tables. Not a comfortable way to relax. Lots of choices out there. This is my last visit to Satarbucks.. .sad.

One of my place to hang out. Great and vibrant vibe, can be very busy but also very quiet. Food is same as in other SBs. Always enjoy spending time there working or just chilling.
