This is my third oder this week as we speak, the service has declined at starbucks immensely. The point of paying $6 for a coffee is to be satisfied or Atleast not have a bad customer experience. The girl who was serving me first took 10-20 mins given the store was empty only me & 1 more clnt. She was busy talking to coworker which is fine like you do bt after you have taken my order Atleast. Another issue is with them forgetting how to make that order. Id ask hot chocolate theyd forget to put mocha syrup and then she (the employee) got mad at me and gave me attitude and poured so much mocha syrup on top. I go litterly every day if not and i know I shouldn’t be upset about a very small detail bt again why am I paying. Not only that i always ask for skinny caremal machiato. Past 2 orders totally wrong. And i have been very patient and very calm in this situation bt now its feels ripoff. From loving starbucks to not wanting it now

Staff:I've generally had good experiences with the staff, however there is one team member who consistently comes off as rude. When it is less busy, I do love talking with the staff to learn more about the different coffee profiles. Many of the baristas are very knowledgeable on this front.Service:Speed of service is highly dependent on how busy the store is. There seems to be a lot of high schoolers that frequent this location as well, so as long as you are placing your order not at a peak time, turnaround speed is spot on.Product:We notice that our iced drinks are often not mixed, or at least not mixed well. Its annoying, but we can usually get a stirring stick to mix it ourselves. Unless the barista mentioned above is making drinks, then she claims she "doesn't know what a stirring stick is" or "we discontinued those", even though I can see them from my side of the counter.

I would patronize this business so much more if the music wasn't blasting. It's not stopping adults from using the space as their office, or the teens from packing it and doing their projects there. I can be sitting in the cafe with my big head phones on and the music is still overbearing.Green Apron Blend sucks and instead of replacing True North with this empty "tribute" to Starbucks employees, Starbucks Corporate should instead stand down in the face of unionization.

Definitely l do not enjoy having to write this kind of review. As a former Starbucks employee and manager. I am a little shocked and surprised. Went in this last Sunday September 3rd 2023. The person on bar greeted me very warmly, I wish he had helped me. Then I spotted a team member eating half in the floor and half in the back. No big deal. She comes out to floor to take my order. I order a banana bread and ask for it to be in the original wrapper. I don’t care for the waste. I didn’t say it and I should have. I wasn’t okay with the team member not washing their hands after I saw them eating. If my memory serves me correct, that is a thing, hand washing. Well, as soon as I do ask for the item in the wrapper. The attitude, I received was not necessary or appropriate. I got this whole ordeal from the staff on how it’s not allowed and against their protocols. Except no hand washing, eating on the floor and poor customer service is? Anyways I took the item. No thank you or end greeting from this staff. Honestly, seriously don’t stand behind policies when you are actively not following them yourself. Crummy experience and even crummier partner. Wash your hand. Mind your manners. Eat on your break. Remember you are working and being paid. Very simple stuff here.
I came in yesterday morning to grab my fix and barista Camrie made my day! She made me feel like my complicated drink was no big deal and took the time to ask what I was spending my day doing even though it was a busy morning. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience! Will be back !

I drove 5 minutes out of my way to get a coffee here this morning before work. Still not open at 6:10 am. Didn’t have time to wait around.
