I got a chai frappe, I found a dark black hair on my straw and was grossed out but as i continued drinking a long black hair came through my straw from the drink? i’m a blonde and the girl making my drink had long black hair!! im soooo disgusted…

The store was exceptionally clean on the day of our visit! It was impressive for such a busy location right downtown.Our server was super nice and polite to absolutely everyone who came up to the counter!All we had were teas and a lemon loaf, but nevertheless, you can always count on having consistency from one location to another.

7am midweek and they were EXTREMELY friendly- and one sweet batista even remembered me, looking up and saying hi from making an order when she recognized my hot chocolate + sandwich combo. Great visit from the US for work.

Not sure why this place is getting so much negative reviews. After we ordered a coffee here, we both were surprised how friendly we helped at both the order counter as the pick-up counter. Both ladies asked us how our day was and were up for a little talk (other than the regular; 'hey, how are you?'. Coffee was provided quickly and the place looked very neat and clean. No indoor seating though.

Whoever made my coffee today great job! It's not common that workers get my simple Blonde Coffee right. But I was very pleased with my perfect morning coffee and Americano done exactly how we wanted. Great job staff!

Abnormally rude staff. I used to work at Starbucks and I would literally get fired for the level of attitude the Asian guy gave me LOL. His name is David? Couldn’t quite read the tag as he turned his back when I was trying to catch it.

This location has the worst layout in design history. Having no seating is one thing. But having no functional space inside to line up is another. When you walk into a business the 1st thing you should see is the area to place your order. Not at this the location. The 1st thing you see is literally the back door. This location use to have a patio. That is also history. The Staff is fine. Just the world's worst layout.

No active inventory control so they sell what they don't have when it comes to sandwiches, Could use far less hard reflective surfaces to improve the sounds Cape or at least some ceiling hung baffles to reduce reflections, uncomfortable to stand in for the wait times required.

I started going to this Starbucks less than six weeks ago, when I started a new job in the building.In that short time, this small, yet strong Starbucks had become my go-to. Having never truly been a fan of Starbucks before, the staff here have proven to me that I will be a fan for life.This particular location is a busy one, but I never feel rushed or that my order doesn't matter. Each barista takes time to get my order correct and to ensure I am happy. The line moves quickly and every customer seems to have a smile on their face too!Phil is an excellent store manager. From day one, he has remembered my name and answered any questions I might have. I feel I have bonded with him and gotten to know him and his staff well. I feel seen, heard and most importantly, caffeinated when I leave.This Starbucks is a jewel and I am so grateful to give my business to it. Thank you!
