Don't know the name of the server but she always has a pony tail and a ton of make up on,I'm taking ziggy stardust levels.Anyway,she is either retarded or is messing with me because no matter how many times I tell her 3 sweetener she will make it two.On the one occasion she made it three she put Stevia instead of sweetener .I never leave a tip,that may have something to do with itGet it right and maybe there will be a tip next time honey.

This Starbucks location is a little bit small, but totally understandable given its location. As for the drinks, their hot drinks were not available since the machine that they were using to make their hot drinks were not working unfortunately. However, the staff were attentive and recommended alternatives! I'll give 4* for the save

I Uber eated from here a sugar cookie oat latte and there was basically no espresso and no sugar cookie syrup in it. It’s basically just strait oat milk with ice and sprinkles. Couldn’t even get a refund on it??

Has there a few weeks ago and found one of the staff to be very rude with me. I ordered a latte and she made it wrong and told me she was right with the order. I don’t know the employees name but she was the very big brown Indian girl who looks like she doesn’t want to work there.

Horrid customer service. The customer service really is terrible and they also support Israel, so just save your money. I don’t recommend getting any drink here as well because they will make it wrong even if you break it down for them !
Want to specifically shout out Pam who took my order today: super friendly, drink was awesome, watched her try to run an entire shift of employees and have the same reaction as me when a family brought their dog inside and loudly insisted “he can be in here he’s a service dog” even though it had no visible harness proving so. I hope Starbucks gives Pam one million dollars.

Have always had a good experience here. I do wish they allowed dogs inside for pick-up orders as it isn't clear what their policy is. The pick up location closer to my building does allow dogs and has actually encouraged me to bring mine in when I left her outside, so I guess each location has a different policy?

Wow! The Pike roast today was so fresh I really savoured it as I drank it. Seating isn't the best here but you can get a very good seat by the window at what I call the rail.Vegetarian options: They do have some vegetarian sandwiches here.Kid-friendliness: People can bring in their strollers.Parking: There is free 20 minute time limit parking. There is also paid parking behind the building.
