This location is always busy during a workday (as to be expected). We waited 15 minutes for our order and one of our drinks was missed. The batista team was apologetic and immediately made a replacement.

Arguably the worst Starbucks in the city. Surprised with the level of service and how poorly trained the staff are here despite the working professionals they serve. I placed a mobile order for a standard black pike coffee (5-7mins ahead). I had to wait 15mins despite ordering ahead... The staff was rude and not helpful… Didn’t even apologize for the long wait time. 20-22min total serving time for a simple black coffee for $3 is insane. My advice is to avoid this Starbucks at all cost. What a joke…

Eventhough this is the busiest Starbucks in town, the staff are super friendly ❤️ll

Very efficient store with very friendly staff! The employees here have a badge with their nationality's flag and a polaroid of themselves which is a nice unique touch. The layout of the store is pretty efficient with the long narrow order system entrance from the PATH and a route out via the end near the beverage counter. Their staff is knowledgeable about the beverages and makes the orders pretty well. Consistent with other Starbucks. With all the other Starbucks locations being closed, there's quite a strain on the staff here. This location takes on so many buildings' in-office customers. It's amazing how they can keep up and try their best to keep a positive vibe. Love that they innovatively have delivery mats that indicate the alphabet so that people can spend a bit less time to find their beverage! Some customers need to be more understanding as it's not up to the staff at this store, but upper management to decide to open more stores again. Do expect a more than-normal wait in the mornings - recommend spacing out or going even earlier as the madness in the morning with the mobile orders is crazy. The app is not helpful with the expected wait and the staff tries their best to service everyone.

The service is good. They are very busy but also very quick. Only thing when you order light ice they just put the full amount. Other than that is good.

Terrible service, the girl at the counter had to ask me 3 times to repeat myself just to order granti dark roast with cream. I eventually give up ask to find someone who can actually help me get the order. Then the store manager showed up telling at me saying it is the service she feels normal to give and if I don't like it, do not come back to this store.I can't believe this is how Starbucks train the managers! I don't want to support any business with this attitude.

Staff - 5 stars!! (& more if could!)Support for them - 3 starsThis is my daily go to, but only because I’ve learned to order 20+min in advance (and still usually have to wait). The staff are tremendous and wildly efficient, there’s just too much demand on this location, and fighting through angry mob of 20-30 all crammed in at the pickup every morning is wearing thin.Starbucks needs to bring back the location by Royal York &/or at 95 Wellington… they are definitely missing out on service & revenue and going to keep burning out their staff & customers.

Timing to bring back the community vibe and make it a coffee shop you want to go to with proper and appealing food displays, the ability to dress my own coffee, etc...
