This Starbucks is so conveniently located at the corner of Fort York and Spadina. It’s my go to store when I go watch a blue jays game. Staff are friendly and the drinks are done just the way I ask for with all the customizations I do. The store is also spacious too.

However, at this Starbucks specifically I would like to appreciate the exceptional service that is maintained 24/7. I have not had one interaction at this location that was less than exceptional. the baristas here are incredible. i always leave this place in a better mood than i did when i enter. great suggestions, so kind, and i have never ONCE had a drink badly or disproportionately made! to all the staff here: thank you! always so clean, always so yummy, and one of the best starbucks environments!

It's a hot and humid day and I ordered a cup of iced cappuccino which was just a light coffee with added ice and milk, not as good as Tim Hortons' one, but much more expensive.

Today was the cherry on top!This location is by far the worst when it comes to customer service or getting your order correct.Last time, my order kept sitting behind the counter while their staff chatted amongst each other and minutes later they apologized. The time before that, they made me late for work because they got my order wrong and realized it only when I walked in to pick it up, the time before that their vanilla cream machine wasn’t working properly and delayed me so much. The times are endless and the excuses never finish.Today! 3 time incorrect order. Burnt my fingers. Finally took it and tossed it it in the trash. Refund promised, refund never received.I applaud you for a job not well done. I will make every effort to avoid this location.
