DO NOT USE THIS SUBWAY THEY OVER CHARGE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY! I ordered a foot long turkey and added the two cookies plus a fountain drink meal, when I got my total it seemed off but I paid anyway and asked for the receipt. When I looked at the receipt I noticed they over charged me for the meal. I brought it up to the employees and they said they did not. I showed that the price on the board did not equal the price on my receipt and they kept telling me it did even though they were clearly two different numbers. They then changed their tactic and said it was extra tax. When I showed them on the receipt where the tax was added and that I was not referring to the after tax amount, they kept insisting that there was extra tax on the meal (even if that was a thing, it was more than the standard 13%). I said I would like a refund and they refused, even though at this point I hadn't even been handed my sandwich yet. I asked to speak to someone and the employees accused me of trying to make them homeless. At which point I left because I am homeless and they were being cruel.

The poor guy behind the counter was alone ! And there were 6 people in line. Everything was a mess cause he couldn’t get to it. The guy in front of me had to wait for so long to pay for his sub. Where was the manager ? Schedule more people, or at the very least support your staff. No one should have to do that all alone.

Today, March 09, my husband and I went there for a number 4 chicken since I've been in Canada. We've never cut 2 small pieces of chicken for a 12" sandwich (usually in other Subways they put 4 pieces in the bread so that it's well filled and for the price as well). It was disappointing.

This place employs the rudest staff. They have no sense of customer respect. Even in your presence, they pretend that you do not exist. Mostly look like New Canadians of Indian origins. They must hate their jobs. They seem to be chatting to the other staff members in some kind of Indian Language. From their conversations, I have an Idea that they are making rude comments about Customers. I make it a point to go to the one on 777 Bay. Even though close early.

Had the sausage and egg footlong. Freshly made, this sandwich is reasonably prices at $11ish. Ambience is nicely light. Staff is friendly.

I would have given zero to them. I came here last night to grab 2 of 12 inches of green goddess. He was out of italian bread so he told me everything was good. I took his recommendation but when i wat it. I literally puked out because it was so salty no body can eat it. When i complained about it they say they can do nothing. Never ever recommending this place

The sub was pretty standard subway but the lady making it was extremely rude! Also I was holding a coupon the entire time and she did not notify me they don't accept coupons until she finished making the sub. She also didn't give a reason why they don't accept coupons.

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this subway, I have giving many “ chances” to get something right but I will say this is last straw.They don’t have turkey meat ?Missing ingredients?The staff doesn’t care about anything except telling a story to try and get a tip on an eighteen dollar sandwich.Disgusting subway, best of luck ..

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping customers. The food quality was subpar, with wilted vegetables and stale bread. I expected a fresh and healthy meal, but what I received was far from it. The restaurant's cleanliness left much to be desired as well.I hope this feedback can be used to improve the overall experience at this Subway location.

They had breads and refused to sell it since the lady with attitude told use they’re saving it to serve for tomorrow!!..pathetic service and even yelled at one of the co workers when he tried to give the bread instead of the wrap..the quantity and quality is pathetic and she’s providing customer service like we were there asking something for free!..have been to lots of subways and I hope the management will train the staff properly before scheduling them!..the guy finally gave me the bread otherwise I would’ve taken enough time to report it to the HQ!!!.Pathetic customer service and absolute sickening behavior towards co workers, she should be mentored properly!!
