Had my worst experience , when i entered the restaurant the counter was unattended . 2 guys were smoking weed at the main door one of them stepped in and told me give me 10 min ill be back , i was very hungry i tried to search other subway and i left but the subway was closed i have to come back to 2575 danforth avenue again. By this time the guy was mopping the floor. And he told me give me 10 min ( he wanted me to go ) . I requested him to hurry up but the guy literally took 15 min to mop small store and went inside for 10 min it was really disappointing and irritating. I was hungry and this is not the kind of service a restaurant should provide to their . Seriously a customers is waiting in the restaurant and the restaurant care taker is smoking and chilling outside.All i am asking is that an individual should be honest to his job

I’m usually a regular here and don’t have any problems except for last night where there was an issue I went back this morning to address it the girl who was the manager she was extremely polite and understanding I appreciate the apology from the owner as well and appreciate all the generosity fast food workers should be praised as well it’s not always a easy job

I ordered a veggie sub, 6". The lady who was making my sub assumed that I wanted a veggie delight and gave me the sub without the Patti in it even after I asked her if the Patti is in. Later when I confronted her about her mistake, she got defensive and rude. She offered to put a Patti inside the sub which I had taken a bite of and asked me to pay extra. I have not seen such pathetic customer service anywhere. Never going back there.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this time i had to. I took an Uber about half an hour(230am Wed March 20) ago to get a sub at this supposed "24 hour?" location and walked into the store and the employee said that he could not serve me for another 30 minutes because it was his break and the store was closed. Door was wide open, no sign saying that it was closed and he still refused my business. I get that employees need a 30 minute break but my guess is for the majority of these late night hours the employee is not working anyways. Thank you Subway for ruining my night!
