I was told when we walked in that the debit machine was down. I told him I had cash. He was hesitant to serve me and my daughters. We sat and ate when 2 young men came in. He didn't tell them the debit was down and they paid with their debit card. Not impressed.

Second time I come here more than 15 minutes before close and the door is locked in my face. I live right above this location. And the same lady keeps deciding she can close early. Business hours state clearly closes at 9PM not 8:43PM which in this case is when I went in. She told me behind the door she needs 15 minutes to clean up which is why she’s closing early. I told her I’ve worked in a fast food environment as well never has it ever been okay to close before business hours for your personal gain. She told me too bad. Watch back your camera footage. Whatever female u have working your closing shift August 20th needs to be fired

One of the worst subways I've been to , and this review is based on more than one l visit not just one but I'll share one of my most recent visit.1- I ask for a 6 inch sub , bread cut infront of me not even cut properly ( pretty small 6 inch bread)2) I ask for cucumbers I get 2 sliced pieces , like literally 2, are you kidding me ?!3) Same situation with the black olives I get 3 tiny sliced pieces.4) I ask for mayo and I get a bit of mayo only in the middle , not even spread out .Sandwich maker drags her hand like it's about to fall out puts zero effort into making a decent sandwich or spread anything out , likes its common sense . If you can't put effort into making a normal looking sandwich like you make your own then you shouldn't be working there.I will not be visiting that location again, and I hope the store owner reads this review for the sake of retaining future customers and doing better in terms of educating their staff how to provide proper service . That's all

I have been a loyal customer of subway for more than 7 years now. I often consume it whilst working from home, it used to be a great catch for a light lunch. However, my experience at this branch with one of the "sandwich artists" was heartbreaking. The artist was dishonest about what they had in stock. I could see bags in stock but the artist insisted they do not carry bags. However, as I could physically see the bags, I told the artist to provide me with one and I would pay. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not need a bag as I only had 2 sandwiches. You can keep your bags mate, I will not be visiting again and if readers want to avoid bad customer service , they should not be visiting this branch of subway either. Please use the subway branch at 132 Front St E. , they have a really good manager who ensures customer service is priority(Apparently 2 sandwiches is not enough to warrant a bag)

Ordered a cold cut foot long. Person serving me was wearing ear buds, which wouldn't have bothered me, save for the fact that she wasn't listening to what I wanted on the sub, and I had to raise me voice to tell her my selections. Upon arriving at my home, I noticed the bread was the consistency of croutons - that is, stale. Upon returning to said location, was refused a refund (server did not inspect the item) after the server called "someone" on the phone whilst I waited for 5 minutes. Thumbs down.

As you know this neighbourhood has several subway locations within walking distance. I have tried them all and this location has the best customer service as well as quality of sandwich making, so much so that I felt the need to call and thank the gentleman working after I got home.

I have been going to this location for a while, so it pains me to write a bad review for it. But the last couple of times I have gone, I have been immediately sick from it. The customer service has been great, if not over the top, but I can't eat here again.

There is a really beautiful and cute girl here. She is so kind and give perfect recommendations. She recommended broccoli soup and it was really delicious. I think her name is Sonia.Don't loose her Subway!
