The food and service was great other than ordering their dine in special and then telling me that they don’t have a special anymore and charging me regular price when the sign is posted on Windows other than that, had a good experience

Quality was top notch. Served at my right. Did NOT get consequences for accidentally knocking down a sign with D.W and Francine from the nearest Dollar Tree. However the syrup gets sticky, and the pancakes are so big. But I would recommend.

I thought this was going to be a pleasant experience this Sunday morning however it took me almost 10 minutes for a server to even see me. There were 2 tables available & because I was on my own I going to get really squeezed in behind a huge family which I said could I sit at the other table. She refused to let me use the bigger table as I was on my own. I felt like no one wanted to serve me or give me any exceptional service which was really sad. As I couldn't sit at the other table I politely left and she goes are you sure? I was like absolutely.It really did put me in a mad mood considering how long I was waiting with no greeting not even "I'll be with you shortly" or anything. I think I'll probably avoid coming here now in general.

service was really bad. the host didn’t greet me for at least 10 mins! i usually love going to sunset grill & go to my usual location, but i was in the area so i came here. after waiting 10mins, it took my server another 10 mins to get to me so i could place my order. considering it was not even busy in the store, i was surprised at how long it took me to get service. food was great, so compliments to chefs, but service was a definitely 0/10. please consider having better employees and training them properly instead of having them stand around and do nothing!

The restaurant was at half capacity when we arrived and it took over 10 min to be seated without any apology or explanation. Service is always mediocre at best but the food is good. The have a very young staff and they don’t understand proper etiquette with adults. I am not sure if there is a manager on site as it seems dysfunctional on most day, even for take out. It would help if the manager walked around and asked patrons about their experience if he/she is interested in addressing customer experience . I would not recommend this place.

Great service, great food, fair prices, perfect for a family morning out, or even a brunch date.
We stopped by about a month ago, after having a less than ideal experience at a location nearby.I had seen this « MONSTROSITY »? ? advertised during that encounter and just had to have it! I was welcomed and catered to.You really turned around an experience you knew nothing about. Thank you for going above and beyond and restoring my perception of your brand name.
