Lady in the front is RUDE. Food is not good at all, would recommend the one across from MCD!

Follow @bredgyeats for more food photos!Tonkatsu - Without breaking the bank, this spot is somewhat hidden in a food court that will scratch any itch for tonkatsu. Smashed thin to guarantee a tender bite, this is definitely a good bang for your buck.

Receipts should always be requested. Sushi regular prices change frequently, and cashiers use a trick of charging leftover sushi at the regular price even after 4pm. She doesn't speak English, but she doesn't apologize and just laughs it off. She seems all too familiar with her own manipulative behavior. The sushi smells like garbage and is not fresh. For health reasons, it is recommended to avoid this place.

An excellent chicken katsu. Crisp, tender and juicy with several sauce options. Rice is tasty and some pickled sides. Overall a delicious place for lunch. Very friendly service.

The Katsu Chicken is crispy and taste good but it's too thin. It doesn't have much meat in it. I've tried other Katsu Chicken before and the meat inside were a lot ticker. So I hope next time they will increase their Katsu meat portion.

Got the end of day special 30% off packaged sushi and wakame salad and free miso soup. Both sushi and salad had a slightly off smell and taste confirmed it.Miso soup was decent.

I’m an OCAD student and always get something from here- chicken katsu the best and 1000/10 everytime. When I’m not as hungry the soup or grab just some sushi which are also super tasty. Really good price too

Honestly, the chicken kaysu is much better than the one I ordered from katsuya for half the price. It is crispy. Will come back if I am round the around again.

I ordered chicken teriyaki combo and I thought it would come with soup. I was disappointed but should have asked the cashier first. The combo comes with dark meat and it didn't taste fresh to me. Their other food looks tasty though.

By far the best cheap eats in Toronto, better than Momofuku. The chicken cutlet, beef donboru, and udon are all made to order. Every time they taste SO SO GOOOD. Fresh and hot.

Very reasonable sushi place inside the Grange. It’s a Japanese takeout place offers Udon, sushi, ramen, katsu etc. we got California sushi roll (5pcs) for only 4$ and it also comes with soup.Highly recommended.
