My mom, wife, and I had lunch here on Sunday. The chicken, ribs, and fries were great. Our server Parvaneh was excellent. We throughly enjoyed our meal and experience.

I bought the quarter dark-meat chicken, and it was quite small in comparison to other times. I hope that day it was an exemption, and that normal size chickens are served more often. The service was great.

A Culinary Journey at Swiss Chalet: Parvaneh’s Extraordinary Service? Title: A Taste of ExcellenceSwiss Chalet, nestled at} 1560 Yonge Street, has been a beacon of comfort and culinary delight since 1954. As the doors swing open, families are greeted by the tantalizing aroma of authentic Rotisserie Chicken—a tradition passed down through generations. But today, our experience transcends mere gastronomy; it’s a testament to the extraordinary service rendered by the incomparable Parvaneh. The Parvaneh TouchFrom the moment we stepped inside, Parvaneh’s warmth enveloped us. Her smile radiated genuine care, and her eyes sparkled with a passion for hospitality. She didn’t merely take our orders; she orchestrated a symphony of flavors, ensuring our every need was met.Attentiveness: Parvaneh anticipated our desires before we voiced them. She recommended the Signature Chalet Sauce, a secret recipe that elevated our meal to celestial heights. Her attention to detail was awe-inspiring.Above and Beyond: When my partner hesitated over dessert, Parvaneh appeared with a knowing smile. “The Sticky Toffee Pudding,” she whispered, “will transport you to dessert nirvana.” And oh, how right she was! The velvety caramel sauce danced on our taste buds, leaving us spellbound.Grace Under Pressure: Amidst a bustling restaurant, Parvaneh remained unflappable. She juggled tables, refilled water glasses, and ensured everyone felt cherished. Her grace was poetry in motion. The Culinary OdysseyNow, let’s talk about the food. Swiss Chalet’s menu is a love letter to comfort, and each dish sings with flavor:Rotisserie Chicken: Succulent, juicy, and kissed by the flames, it’s no wonder this dish has stood the test of time. Parvaneh served it with reverence, as if presenting a masterpiece.Fresh-Cut Fries: Crisp, golden, and seasoned to perfection. They whispered secrets of potato fields bathed in sunlight. The VerdictSwiss Chalet’s magic lies not only in its recipes but in the hearts of its staff. Parvaneh, with her celestial service, elevated our dining experience. She didn’t merely serve meals; she wove memories.ating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 stars). Parvaneh: You’re not just a waitress; you’re a culinary sorceress.

Delicious food and cozy atmosphere. Been here a few times and received professional and excellent customer service from Tania. Not only did she deliver attentive and friendly service, she made us feel very comfortable. This is one of the main reasons we keep coming back...

Who cuts a round bun sandwich piled with chicken meat in half? Who does that? Swiss Chalet, that's who.How the hell is someone supposed to eat it like that? Meat app over the place, thanks a lot. And it's a dry sandwich, no condiment at all. What the hell? You put that godawful sauce in the box, is that what I'm suppose to use? For God's sake, offer a condiment, gross. Dry.

I didn't tip because I was dissatisfied with the restaurant's service. When I paid and left the store, I said thank you to a man who appeared to be the manager, but he ignored me in a disgusting manner. I think you were ignored because you didn't tip, but is it normal in Canada to tip even if you're not satisfied? I will never go to this store again.

Great food, madd tasty. The manager and staff are all really nice here. Feels like the old school homey vibes type of Swiss Chalet location, not like the newer ones, and it feels cozier in my opinion. One reason I still love Swiss Chalet is because of their “signature” sauce. It’s mad good. I enjoy the Quarter Chicken w/ Fries, a simple meal but my go-to
