Most nasty Swiss chalet I ever had. Wanted to puke halfway through. The food tasted like dishwasher detergent. How tf are people eating it happily idk.

Food is not the best and is really expensive. The crispy chicken sandwich was disgusting I do not recommend, unfortunately at 7.15pm that was the only place open with second cup. And when you are hungry that was the only option. I think the pizza pizza will be a better option than Swiss chalet to be open late.

BIG NO! Ordered the chicken burger. It’s greasy and burnt. Tastes like old oil. Had one bite and have to wash it off with whole bottle of water. Have no idea what I just ate. The fries are good but DO NOT get the burger.

I love s Swiss Chalet but this location is very disorganized with mediocre service. Even quality of the food is considerably lower than other location. The staff needs to be properly trained.

Went downstairs today n bought the 2 chicken leg dinner.. the service sucked to begin with.. I waited almost 5 mins for a plastic bag... I had 1 hand cause 1 is broken, came up stairs ate the food the fries was good BTW but the chicken tasted really stale n dry.. about 10 mins after eating.. I had to call the nurse to help me to the bathroom.. I sat in that bathroom for almost an hour with shittings.. worst Swiss chalet I've ever had.. sorry but you people needs to do better

an old white woman service very bad. And she does not follow the menu. Very bad attitude. No respect. Even after the argument, she keeps talking. Omg, until her supervisor come. and i will call their head office to figure out. There was an old woman who spoke with an accent and was not allowed to order a burger from the menu, there was no, there was only one kind of burger here. I will call their headquarters to complain!
