It's utterly unacceptable! Waiting for over an hour in the cold only to be turned away due to wait times is outrageous. It's a blatant disregard for basic hospitality and customer service. This establishment needs to reassess its priorities and treat its patrons with the respect they deserve. Such disregard for customers' time and comfort is simply intolerable.

Only thing good about this place is the Bollywood songs they played all long.It’s overhyped!It’s a small & cramped space with less capacity and hence the waiting times and rules of being at the bar for only 2 hours. We were asked to leave the bar by 11pm as there were people waiting outside.We got to order only starters as we didn’t know we had only 2 hours,peri peri fries had loads of overpowering masala and paneer 65 was bad didn’t eat half of it.Beer from the tap was good,Sheesha was Okay and totally NOT worth for $50Not going there just for Bollywood songs!
