Food did not taste great the first time. So, I tried it again a second time and the same thing. Just disappointment. I ordered chicken pad Thai both times and it was dry and not much flavour. Also, they do not give you any limes, sriracha or hoisin like the other locations do. I love a good quick and dirty pad Thai but this location just does not do it for me.

So my tomyum soup was super watered down and tasted unpleasantly…. Instead of writing a silent review… I decided to complain to the cashier. She was super helpful and polite, apologized profusely and offered to get me something else…. Had to go with my regular pick… pad Thai… was much better. But much more improvements need to happen in the taste department.

I liked to eat pho here, but today's service was the worst. I asked for to go, but they seemed annoyed and just handed me a plastic bag and left without having anytime to ask for another bag. I had to carry like that all the way back home, and I also found a hair in the soup, which isn't even my hair colour. I was really disappointed today, I don't know if I'll go there anytime again.

I've always been a big fan of Thai Express. If I'm in the mood for Pad Thai and I want to be sure it'll be, at the very least, decent, I head right for Thai Express.I was at Sherway Gardens the other day and I had quite the hankering for Pad Thai, so a stop at the Thai Express outlet in the food court seemed like a no-brainer. I went ahead and ordered Chicken Pad Thai and requested it extra spicy, and the food was ready within minutes.It was delicious. It was everything I want from a top-notch plate of Pad Thai: flavorful, packed with properly-cooked noodles, and spicy. I had intended to maybe eat half and take the rest home, but it was so delicious I wound up eating the whole thing right then and there.It's just so weird to me how a mall franchise remains one of the most consistently-good places to get Pad Thai.

Worst thai food ever. General Thai mango with NO MANGO... and tooooo sweet. We also found chicken in the vegetarian fried rice. I got stomach ache after eating that disgusting food. Please, DON'T BUY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR STOMACH.

I love eating at Thai Express and I usually order Tom Yum Soup .But this location is bad .Don’t order from this location .The Tom Yum Soup I ordered was sooo watery and oily , no taste what so ever .The Thai Express at Easton Centre and at Scarborough Centre are far better if not good .Never will I order from this location again !I couldn’t eat at at least 1/4 of the soup , it’s a waste of $15 !!!

Ordered the green curry battered chicken and it was very off. There was hardly any curry sauce and the chicken was not palatable at all and the rice was sticking together in clumps. This is one of my favourite dishes but this tasted nothing like it.

Ordered the beef general thai mango and it was the worst food I have ever eaten. It was a mediocre taste with the beef looking like nuggets that were just taken off the freezer and got sauted. The beef was mixed with veggies that were like caramelized woth sugar and water! Worst $15 food I have ever bought in my life. I definitely do not recommend them.

Pad thai is supposed to be a dry noodle.I went back to complain and they told me thats how pad thai is. I've had pad thai many times and this definitely isnt how its supposed to look or taste. They would not offer to remake it properly or a refund.. horrible customer service.This is also the only thai express that does not serve take out in the regular take out boxes. The owners instead deem to use cheaper styrofoam containers. I feel like a lot of corners are probably cut at this store.Thai Express corporate better take a look at this store and get them back into shape. They are definitely ruining your reputation.
