The food was bland, had about 1.5 cups of green peppers as the only vegetable in the green curry. Threw most of it out and went next door and got a sub.

I ordered two portions of pad Thai, one spicy and one mild. Both are tasteless, inedible. No egg, no green onion, no peanuts, no salted radish. No flavour. There is more flavour from a packet of instant noodles.

I bought today Thai express, and I bought noodles and it taste like nothing. I will never come again, the noodles were so tasteless, it was called Chicken Pad Sow. I recommend that you close your store.

The Ultimate BetrayalI'm just an average Joe caught up in the Toronto rat race who works hard, pays his taxes, and does his best to not let the weight of the world's problems crush his soul.I don't drink, I don't smoke, and I don't do drugs: My vice is Thai Express's Basil Fried Rice - 3X spicy (BFR3X). As such, I can frequently be found patronizing the Yonge & Davisville location where they have a Top Chef that spices things to perfection. If my review ended here, this would be a 5 star review.Today I was in a particularly chipper mood and decided to pay this location a visit to end off my week right: BFR3X made to order by my favorite Top Chef. Unfortunately, things soon took an unexpected and dark turn. I was informed that the location's manager was on site that day and it was against corporate policy to do anything higher than 1X spice. Panic set in, but despite my desperate pleas, this manager would not waiver from her authoritarian ways. I soon found myself back on the street with BFR1X, and an overwhelming sense of emptiness that no amount of BFR1X could ever fill. It's outrageous, egregious, preposterous! My faith in humanity has been shaken to its very core and I now question whether I shall ever be able to taste from the Garden of Edan, that which I had briefly experienced at the Yonge & Davisville location thanks to my dear Top Chef.

The quality has been going down. This is the second time in a row I've gotten chicken Pad Thai with no flavour. This time I asked for extra sauce and told them the issue I had the previous visit. The cashier communicated this to the cook, but when I tried the pad Thai it was the same - bland and almost no sauce added. You're practically eating noodles and sprouts. Definitely not worth the $16 if the food is like this ... I may as well grab a sub for half the price.

Have ordered 3 times from this location. First time was good. Second time I ordered a vegan pad Thai but received something totally different. Third time my order was correct but they didn’t give me any plum sauce for the imperial roll. Definitely a hit or miss depending on when it’s busy or not. Staff doesn’t seem to work that fast when it’s busy so you do have to wait a bit.

It says close 9pm. As you can see this was taken 835pm. No where to sit. Just got off work and want to eat somewhere. If the hours is not 9pm then don’t advertise as such.Really frustrating. And just got the fried rice it’s wet and soggy. It is not fried rice.

I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. Then I finally had to asked them to get the order going. They served a 12 Oz drink instead of the 20oz advertised. Imperial roll was also forgotten. I had to ask for it and it was served cold. I asked for level 4 spiciness, it was less than

I would have given three stars since the food isn’t too bad, but I find it very offensive that your deal of the day included a 20oz drink, yet because your soda machine was broken you decided to give me a 12oz can of coke instead of the 20oz bottle right. Not only was it annoying that you didn’t tell me before you gave it to me nor was I apologized to. Instead I was told it’s the rules, as if customers are expected to foot the bill when your machines break ?

Ordered a Pad Thai instead of a Pad Thai Racha and the guy was willing to help me re-cook the food! Excellent service and great food!
