Dined at the Bean Sprout for the first time with my daughter who is Celiac. The lunch buffet was hot. The food was fresh, and there was a great selection to choose from that was all gluten-free.Will definitely return for the lunch buffet and order dishes to go to enjoy at home.

Food was good, we ordered the Lemon Chicken, Bean Sprouts and White Rice. They were all delicious! Only deducting a star because we didn’t receive any sauce with our order that’s supposed to come with the Lemon Chicken (we only found out after opening our takeout 30 min later) and the food was a bit pricey. This dedicated gluten-free Chinese restaurant was an absolute delight. Every dish we ordered was not only bursting with authentic flavors but also crafted to be entirely gluten-free. I've only had the pleasure of buying frozen food at their pop ups, but it's INCREDIBLE. As someone with celiac, finding safe Chinese food is hard, and this food is not only safe but delicious!!!!!Dietary restrictions: Safe for celiac!
This is THE BEST Chinese food I’ve ever had! The owners are so kind, they remember returning customers, and cook amazing food (fresh and frozen options). Everything is gluten-free and MSG free, which is such a bonus. I wish I could give this place a 6 star! Such a blessing to the GF community <3

My husband and I tried food from the bean sprout last night because I had a big craving for Chinese food. I am celiac and haven’t been able to eat Chinese food since my diagnosis. We absolutely loved the food here !! You can’t even tell that it is gluten free. We ordered the chicken fried rice, chicken balls and honey garlic beef. All were amazing and hit the spot! We ordered these for pickup and will definitely be returning to try more items. The staff who work here are also very friendly!!

Amazing gluten-free Chinese food and very friendly staff. Generous portions. I have celiac disease and am always nervous to eat out, but they are 100% gluten-free. The chef even came over to talk to us. I could cry from happiness- I haven’t been able to eat Chinese food since my diagnosis and this was such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Me and my mom ordered gluten free food for allergies. We got egg rolls crispy beef and a side of rice. The crispy beef was to die for and when I put the sauce from it on the rice it was amazing. The egg rolls were for my mom my mom really liked them and I thought they were ok so personal preference. Than we got onion rings which come with a lot of them and there huge plus you can do take away so you can bring it home.

Tried this place for the first time this weekend. It was AMAZING. I am huge into asian cuisine and this is one of the best restaurants i've ever tried, not to mention it is all gluten free. The portions are big and the quality is 5/5. Worth every penny. I hope they open another location closer to Toronto ASAP! It is still worth the 40 minute drive for me though :).
