I love this place. They make great cakes, cookies and pastries but never pick up the phone, do not answer emails nor update their website. It doesn't matter how great their products are if they are not accessible.

$ 6.50 for a day old tiny pizza bun. I mean the size and weight of it is laughable. I think if they gave me 2 of them it would still be over priced. This place has definitely changed for the worse since it first opened up.

Surprised at the positive reviews for the nanaimo bars especially for the price tag of almost $5!. One of the worst I've had. The customer service was great though.

A great little place with a big selection of options! I went in specifically to try a cupcake - my friends birthday is coming up and I wanted to get her a treat but I know she does keto. The vanilla cupcake was the best keto one I’ve tried so far! The cupcake itself is very dense which is normal for keto cupcakes, but this one has a buttery flavour and the icing is sweet enough to offset the less sweet cupcake. I will have to try some of their other treats one day soon.

The loaf was unedible. For that price, you would expect at least something decent, but the taste was so terrible that we could not eat it. We had to throw it away. Too bad.
We had an amazing experience with the Butternut Baking Co. They made the most delicious treats and cakes for my Dads 70th! The donuts were especially wonderful and the kids loved the mini cheesecakes. Everyone loved the desserts and couldn’t believe they were refined sugar free. So happy with our experience! Thank you

Amazing bakery! The owner greeted me personally and front of house staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. They answered all my questions and sent me off with a box of delicious baked good the wife absolutely loves! 10/10 this is my new spot! P.S they have great coffee too!

Had a wonderful experience at Butternut Bakery. Customer service was amazing. The person who helped me was very patient and friendly while I was selecting items to buy. Got a sugar free cake for my partner who is diabetic. We all loved the cake but he really loved it! He rarely gets to eat his own birthday cake since it's a rarity to get a sugar free cake. Also got a few other treats. My favourites were the Twix style cookie and the cinnamon donuts. Only thing is it was a little pricey but that's understandable as it is a specialty place.But anyone looking for a sugar free treat, definitely check this place out!
