Went tonight with our 3 teen children and everyone loved the food and atmosphere. Our service was amazing. Brogan was attentive and helpful to the kids without pandering. He was super fun to talk bourbon with and Brad was next level. Our boys had the sampler and our daughter had ribs. The best food for sure. Order the corn bread! Can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great family night!
Honestly, I had been wanting to try this place for a while. I got the burger and fries. The burger was fine, but nothing too special and not worth the price, but the service was horrendous. All in all, an overpriced, mediocre, spot with poor service.

Very stylish bar/cuisine with high ceiling. I felt it's suitable for corporate people too.I had some good oysters here. Tuesday is oysters discount day.
The service and ambience were both amazing, however, the food was mediocre. We ordered the Pitmaster Platter with a side of coleslaw. The best part of the platter was the pulled pork. The fried chicken lacked in flavour, the ribs were overcooked so it was dry, and the brisket was not tender. The coleslaw I thought as very acidic and not balanced. Would highly recommend the Kentucky derby pie for dessert because it was very good.

Really good BBQ in Toronto. As good as I have had in the United States. Very tender pulled pork and ribs were tasty and falling off the bone. Even the fries are delish. Try the pit master for a taste of everything BBQ. Really good attentive professional service. Very good value for money.

Visitors from NYC in town and came across the carbon bar decided to check it out Thursday evening. Enjoyed everything (the smoked brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese) and our waitress who was very wonderful shoutout her. Don’t know her name but waitress with the glasses and dark haired bangs 10/10. She informed us that they discount the wine cost per bottle so and she recommended us the Cannonball which paired nicely with the food. We also informed the manager how lovely the taste of the sauce was that came with the ribs and he gave us a complimentary bottle on the house so that was the icing on the cake for us haha. Definitely going to be visiting this restaurant again in the future.

Ordered steak frites, and was not able to sub vegetables for fries, which was a bit bizarre considering there is no other steak option on menu. Worked it out with others at table, trading among our plates. Steak was cooked well, and drinks were good. Overall, the price was more than I’d be willing to pay again to not get simple substitutions/consistent service. Took some steak seasoning to go.
