Used to go here since COVID days but I will not return. Their opening hours say they close at 11pm. I came in just after 10pm and I asked if I could order some food and drink for indoor dining. They said no because they were closing up and cleaning their kitchen, but said I can buy takeout instead. Wouldn’t everything I order (if I were to order takeout) come from the exact same kitchen that they were supposedly closing and barring loyal customers from enjoying a quick bite and drink??? Illogical and extremely disappointing. Lost a loyal customer as a result of this dumb dumb move.

I was given the wrong receipt (+$15 to my actual bill) and the server only noticed when I pointed it out. They then provided the correct bill, but charged me the incorrect amount again - I didn’t notice until I checked my card statement later. Please be careful when eating here, as this feels like a deliberate and malicious

What a joke.. At least I would appreciate if they say sorry I am made a mistake what I can do for you.. But not they are try to tell us that we should eat frozen cake because that's the way is supposed to be. (was supposed to be a cheese cake)
3.25/5It was cool, I got the mango shaved ice. The dish as a whole wasn't as sweet as I would've liked it. Though the ice itself had a good texture and the toppings made each bite different, making it fun to eat overall. A mango syrup over the top of it would've been killer. Service was mediocre, pretty unattentive for how busy it was (not busy) but to me that's whatever for a place like this, I got my order taken and I got my food. I thought prices were good based on my expectation for Toronto.

I ordered a deep fried party tray (differnt types of meat balls with fried chicken and waffle fries) for take-out in store, I would say even though the food is good ( I've been there a couple times), the service is so poor. They didn't tell me in advance about substituting beef balls to other types which is originally half beef and half fish balls, but instead giving me all 8 fish balls instead. I think they should at least tell me that beef balls are out of stock then I might change my order.

Was recommended here by my older sibling. Such a nice little place with an amazing staff team. The dessert tastes amazing. Would definitely come back for more. Their Earl Grey Shaved Iced is amazing, I would most likely try their other Shaved Iced options next time. Their cheese cakes are small portion but flavourful! Won't disappoint!

I have had the most HORRENDOUS experience here! It used to be my go-to dessert place, but the service now is incredibly horrible. The waitress was openly saying rude things about us with her colleagues because apparently, she thought we didn’t understand. We paid for the food, and we expected a basic level of respect and professionalism from the staff. This is unacceptable, and I cannot in good sense recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I went here with my friends and we didn’t feel welcomed. The waitress was saying rude things behind our back but she didn’t know that I understood everything. This behaviour were so unprofessional that we never want to go back to this place. As paying customers, we expect a basic level of courtesy from the staff. The fact that the waitress felt the need to make negative remarks about us to her colleagues demonstrated a lack of respect for the patrons. This is such a regrettable dining experience! DON’T RECOMMEND!
