It's second time to order. Last time, it was not that special but this time I had very unusual experience. When I ate immediately, It was okay chicken but next day, it turns better taste. I don't know why and how it works. But it's good :)

I thought the fries were the best in Toronto. But this one is the worst. It's so bland and tasteless that you'd think it was fried without salting.

I LOVE the fry it’s so tasty and a good price after splitting w friends! For 3-4 people I recommend combo 2, the only difference from combo 3 is the corn cheese, but 2 comes with corn anyway (corn w cheese in picture)

The Fry has lost its charm. The chicken is fried crispy but there is a bitter taste, likely due to the oil being very old. When the oil isn't changed often, the starch from previous cook burns. This is noticed on flavors that aren't heavily coated in sauces. Here are my review of each item ordered.Green Onion - still my go to because of the simplicity and freshness of the green onion. Very mild and should be a crowd pleaser.Spicy - this is a gochujang (fermented hot pepper paste) forward flavor. It's deep, nutty, sweet, slightly sour. But not very spicy. My group really liked it but I found it overwhelming.Galbi - not very good, tasted nothing like Galbi sauce. It was just sweet, nothing more. The sauce was thin, making the chicken soft.Supreme - by far a very bad combination of flavor. We asked staff to describe the flavor and was told it was a mayo based sauce. After receiving, it turned out to be a very sweet white and red sauce. The white sauce appeared to be lemon juice, condensed milk and maybe a little bit of mayo. Very difficult to eat.Spicy rice cake - on the chewier side, not very flavorful.Fries - Costco fries.Very limited seating, tablet self ordering and only one front of house staff.Very slow service and they will never check up on you. This is more of a fast casual experience with a high price tag. 10% cash discountSparking opinion: if you self order at a restaurant, the staff only brings you food and your bill, never checks up on you or provide you extra napkin, should you still tip? Is tipping still a gift of generosity or a hidden service charge?
