Spacious venue with easy access from TTC and nearby Green P car park. I prefer this to Snakes and Lattes because the atmosphere is a bit more chilled out and the venue is nicer. They have a good collection of board games and TTRPGs for sale too.

Had lots of fun playing the many card games. Liked the ginger cookies and hot chocolate.

Really lovely place. One thing that would be nice is that the couch area by the fireplace be an area where it is lesser cost or no cost at all to go if you are either not playing games and just ordering food/beverages. Lots of games to play, plus a whole store to shop in.

The Guild House has become the cornerstone of Toronto's gaming community. Whether it's D&D, Warhammer, or board games, this is the spot.Friendly staff, affordable food and drinks, great vibes.

Not sure if we came here on a bad day, but all the staff were rude, brusque, and seemed reluctant to help us. There was one incident where I went up to the front to ask a question, a staff member indicated that I should wait, and then proceeded to finish her conversation with two other staff members while I stood there, waiting patiently, before deigning to ask me what I needed, the smile dropping off her face the instant she turned to me. Secondly, when we got in we first choose a space near the couches at the back, but realized it was too dark and cramped for what we were playing. We asked if we could move to another table, and the staff member (a different one from the first incident) seemed incredibly annoyed with our request and only agreed with incredible reluctance. This venue is also way too dimly lit to see anything and the board game selection, while decent, does not make up for the unwelcoming staff. Will not be back.

Great selection of games, Licensed for alcohol, and a relaxed environment.

Came in the browse and ended up staying for 2 hours, enjoying a pint and hot chocolate over game of Settlers of Catan with my son. One of the guys working gave us a crash course on how to play.Super friendly staff and chill patrons make it a comfortable spot for hard-core gamers and newbies like myself. We will be back.

8$ per each person! We only payed some common games. You should come here with more than 3 friends. Cuz there's not many good games for duel but for the multiplayers, there are lots of games you can all try ?

Very helpful and kind. Lots of great recommendations and insight. Can’t beat the prices either.

Excellent place to hang out and play games, study or read. All of the staff are super friendly and the food and beverages are high quality. I play warhammer 40K and they have ample room.

Fun store with table top games to buy and play, fun 3d printed dice towers and other d&d accessories

Lovely game cafe in the Saint Clair West area. Has a retail section of hundreds of board and card games, as well as merch, props, models, and paints. Good place to buy gifts for game lovers. Has a great selection of games for rent, everything from old classics like Monopoly, to more recent classics like Dungeons & Dragons, to modern games like 5 Minute Mysteries and Dune. They serve really good coffee with vegan options, and they also have a good food menu and pastries (the cranberry loafs are delicious!). They also have a cozy reading corner with a gas fireplace. A more communal and less noisy atmosphere than Snakes&Lattes. My brother and I had a really great time, and it's become one of my favorite spots in the city!
