It's a nice restaurant but the food lacks in flavour. The chicken doesn't have much taste and there is a complete lack of fat in both chicken & gyro. You'll feel physically full but not satiated. The rice is very good though.

We were visiting from out of town and thought it would be nice to try this Halal Guys location. The food was fresh and the platter portion sizes were good. They were generous with the white sauce packets (it's understandable why this sauce is so famous). We also tried the falafel this time and were pleasantly surprised. This place used to be good. It went downhill and they nickle and dime you for every little thing. Simple things that used to be free like olives are now a surcharge and the quality of the food has gone downhill. The only thing they can say is that they're sorry about your experience. They can't make things better.
