Typical of The Keg. Well organized. Friendly. Consistent and good food. Efficient service. Very busy downtown location. Went for an early dinner between theater shows and managed to have a great meal in between. Would always recommend, at this location. They understand their patrons' needs.

You can’t have a bad meal at The Keg! I have tried far too many times and have never been disappointed! It doesn’t matter where, location is irrelevant. I don’t care if you go and order the same thing every time or you try to change it up with Thousands of combinations that the menu provides They are not gonna screw it up!!! It’s not about money, it’s just a simple fact, and one word; Consistency. If I ask for anything of anyone for whom I wish to spend my hard earned money, I ask for consistency! Thank You Keg! This is by far my favorite Keg location. I went on a Monday night on the night of the Blue Jay's opener and Leafs game without a reservation and they were able to accommodate me.It has a nice vibe and the staff hustle with management always running around helping where needed.The food is always amazing and staff are attentive. It's the little things that make a difference and this restaurant definitely outshines so many others in a world where good customer service is declining.

I had an extraordinary experience at The Keg on November 14, 2023, thanks to the exceptional kindness and bravery of Adam Peterson, one of your employees.During a date, I suffered a severe asthma attack, realizing my inhaler had run out. As panic set in, Adam noticed my distress and acted swiftly. Without hesitation, he offered his personal inhaler, potentially preventing a dire situation.Adam's quick thinking and selflessness were heroic, possibly averting a worse outcome before medical assistance arrived. My husband and I dined here on Mon Mar 25 after the raptors game and it was such a great experience!Our waitress, Alisana was so welcoming, personable and we really enjoyed her service!We decided to just do apps, everything came out quick, was hot and tasted amazing!We come for games often and will definitely be back to this location after, and we hope to have Alisana as our server next time!!

My partner and I came here before a show last night. We sat bar top as that’s our go to and I will preface this that the gentlemen serving us were very nice and welcoming. The food on the other hand did not hit the mark and actually left us feeling rather sick.My partner ordered the burger and asked for no onions and added bacon. Once the food arrived, the burger did not include the bacon and was covered in onions. Since we are rather easy going and had somewhere to be, he only asked for the bacon so we didn’t have to wait for a whole other meal. My meal was vegetarian Sheppard’s pie (due to food sensitivity) and I have to say it was one of the worst vegetarian items I’ve had. It was a soup like texture, lacked flavour and very small for a “main”. I understand we were at the “Keg” so I will give them grace but at the same time I had higher expectations whether it’s a meatless dish or not. It almost tasted like a premade frozen dish from the grocery store… I did not alert them of this again cause we were already in a rush but I left much of it untouched.The gentlemen at the bar handed us the dessert menu and offered us one on the house. We quickly decided but neither server came by to check on us for quite some time and at that point we had to leave for the show. They did offer us to come by later that night afterward. Unfortunately… both of us began to feel rather sick from the food while at the show and needed to go home immediately after.
