I ordered two steaks online for my friend to pick up at the Mansion. He had the order confirmation email from The Keg, which clearly displayed the order number, the name of the person picking up, and the "PAID" status. However, despite having all the necessary information, my friend can't pick up the order. The Keg insisted on obtaining the last four digits of the payment card to verify the order, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. In previous online orders at the Mansion, I've never been asked for these digits. My friend feel insulted and undervalued. This pickup experience was disappointing, and as a result, we won't be returning to the Mansion. Finally, I suggest the Mansion request two pieces of goverment issued photo ID for take out orders. This additional verification step would enhance security and reduce the possiblity for fake pickup process for customers.

Yesterday night was my first time here. The server was wonderful, thoughtful and kind. The food amazing! I had as appetizer a mushrooms dip with melted cheese and the bread! The brioche was superb! The steak was perfect. Price is very good for the quality and service offered there. I'm going to be back here for sure!?

I took my girlfriend to the mansion for her birthday because she never got to go and it was such an amazing night! We had a table in the library and the atmosphere was fantastic! The food was 12/10, we got the surf and turf and prime rib both perfectly cooked. we had the pleasure of meeting Michael our server for the evening and he did not disappoint, very kind and professional!! We will definitely be coming back more often. Thanks again for the amazing experience.

WONDERFUL, AMAZING, SPECTACULAR!Took my husband here for his 60th Birthday dinner (just us and our 2 sons), and it was a fantastic night. I happen to have a food allergy, so I emailed a couple of weeks in advance to inquire about what I could potentially eat on the menu. Angie replied within 3 days (to be fair it was over the Easter long weekend, and her subsequent emails were replied to in under 24hrs) and let me know that they would happily alter a good many menu items (from working in restaurants I know that a lot of prep is done en masse and it’s hard to make individual items). She booked my reservation for me and told me she would be on staff that night so she would handle my order personally. She was 100% true to her word and her and all the (super friendly and welcoming!) staff made his night the special event it should be. Thank you again to Angie and all the amazing staff at The Keg Mansion! Oh, and 1000% the food was ??????
