We where close to a lunch meeting I think I thought it might be quite it may next time do not put together the customer with a work meeting that like more than 10 people at put us in a like lunch date . Food is grate our server is nice is just more time to the big lunch work meeting .

I think it was just okay. I feel our server could have been more enthusiastic and attentive which probably would improved the experience. Usually we have really gracious and engaging hosts.Food was OK - had the burger for the first time and expected more as everyone always raves about it. Thought it might have been overcooked but I wasn't sure as I hadn't had it before. Calamari was good though the pieces were a little small. Billy Miner pie was fantastic as always.A couple other things I noticed - we had indicated special occasion on the reservation and nobody asked us what the special occasion was. And our server brought the bill without asking us if we were done/if we needed anything else which I always find a little jarring.Probably won't come back to this location and will stick to our usual location. Glad it wasn't for a birthday or we would have felt a little bummed out.Also washrooms are supposedly wheelchair accessible but no automatic door. Thanks to the person walking by who helped me!

Had my Bday dinner. Ordered the lobster tail and the Chicago style medium Filet mignon. My wife has an allergy to mushrooms. It was really nice that the manager Chris came by to reassurer us that they are aware of the issue.Never really been crazy about meat. Took a bite out of the mignon Wow. Food was fantastic, waitress amazing, manager hats off to you. Will definitely be back. Thanks Keg

Absolutely delicious. We started with Crisp Cauliflower in delicious chipotle lime (I think) sauce. My husband and I shared a blackened chicken entree with a shrimp and scallop oscar add on. I tried a gin and basil lemonade that was yummy.Great atmosphere and service.The entree came out after we had a chance to savor the appetizer.One of the few restaurants I can say was worth the money.

Fantastic service and the staff were so friendly, especially Garrett, our server and the manager. Beautiful atmosphere and the renovated heated patio is amazing! Will definitely be back!

The food was very good. We all enjoyed our lunch. It took a very long time from when we ordered our food to when it was delivered. This is not usual for the Keg. I have eaten at the Keg many times and have not experienced this long of a delay. I don't believe it was the servers fault I think the backlog was in the kitchen. This doesn't bode well for servicing the lunch crowd who have time constraint.

Meal was delicious, service was phenomenal! Our server was so sweet and super quick! She made sure our waters were filled the entire time.. the atmosphere is beautiful.. awesome little fire places everywhere and the chairs are SOOOO comfortable.. 10/10 recommend!! Steak was cooked to perfection, shrimp was the best shrimp I’ve had in a long time!!! And the veggies & potato was super yummy too!

I've been to a Keg restaurant before but never this one. It's very large divided into different sections allowing for a nice ambience. The service was very friendly and professional. The food was very nice and served in an appropriate amount of time. Will I go back? Definitely!
We went here yesterday for the Billy Miner Pie. Service was not at par to this type of place. The waitress placed the bill on the table while we were still enjoying our dessert. That was so rude. The place was also too dark.

This location was excellent. I feel they went above.They seated us earlier than our reservation timing by an hour and they didn't rush us out of the restaurant. Vanessa our server was very friendly and continually checked in us throughout our stay. She didn't rush us in ordering or finishing our meal.The food was perfectly cooked.

Bar run out of maraschino cherries for the Manhattan and din't have lychees for the lychee martini. I think it speaks of how well-managed the restaurant is. The teriyaki stake was just Okay. Will not be coming back to this location

We were greeted with the warm welcome of the attentive staff and rewarded with a good tasting dinner. The staff were patient, well mannered and we had a great dine out.
We had an outstanding server named Geishelle, she's very attentive to us. And the food that we ordered from appetizers to dessert, really delicious!! We ordered Prime Rib, Pistachio crusted salmon, ahi tuna tartare, Brussels sprouts Caesar salad and the dessert Billy Miner pie!! All are delicious!! Definitely, next time we will be in Toronto, will comeback to this restaurant!!!
