Great coffee and now they have even more food choices! I don't eat donuts but they look fantastic!

I'm from Edmonton and just visiting Toronto. I have to say this branch is the best so far I've visited. Very nice staff n service. In Edmonton the Tim hortons are like manila n worst service with pathetic attitude ?

Attitude of staff Oohhh my godd it’s so rude!! Went to order fudge brownie latte yesterday (staff) a lady working over there don’t even have idea when I asked for extra flavour shot, that’s fine even if she doesn’t know but that attitude she had when she was unsure about it was so rude… she was literally shouting at me saying “whatt whatt” with such an arrogance. Donno why such people are not trained how to treat customers very bad.

Very disappointing experience. Was buying a coffee for a person who was clearly not doing well. I left him with a cup of coffee, but could clearly hear the shop attendant shouting the person to go away from the store. When I asked why they did not let the man stay, they said he had no right be there. Didn't matter that I bought him the coffee as a paying customer.I understand that the man was not the most ideal patron, but please be more human. Yes, it's annoying for the attendants to clean after the person, but please have the decency to let him finish the coffee in this weather and stop telling me or anyone else that he has no right to be there. Even going as far as telling me that I'm not allowed to buy that man anything. Please try to be more compassionate.

I asked for a Chipotle Steak Bowl and they gave me a Roast Beef Bowl! I will never go to this place again. Everything about this place has changed after the renovation.

My ice capp was FIZZY. FIZZY. As in CARBONATED. How does that even happen?Went back in to complain and got a replacement drink that wasn’t an ice capp, but also asked to forward my complaint to the manager as a fizzy ice cap can be indicative of a variety of safety/sanitation issues at the franchise (like expired product or the machine not being cleaned, etc). Was told “it’s fine, I’ll just clean the machine”.By the time I got home I couldn’t even drink my replacement as I began feeling ill.Disgusting, and reported to DineSafe as well.

Obviously designed for takeout, the few seats were all occupied by patrons who sprawled over two or even three seats while texting etc. We wanted to sit down to eat so had to find another venue.

Please change the staff they are extremely slow and less service focused as compared to other Tim’s.Probably the reason would be this store is filled with brown people as staff. You need to have some filipino people to improve the overall functioning of the store.Needs a serious look out.

Their customer service is so poor that it hurts to come here, you get disrespected, screamed at, ruled at as if they are giving their coffees for free. Someone needs to talk to the staff with their way they treat their customers.

I can’t believe I’m actually saying this, but I just got home from picking up my mobile order (name and order number were correct for the record), took a bite of my farmers wrap, and realized that yall put POTATO WEDGES in my farmers wrap instead of a HASHBROWN?!!!!Wasn’t notified by staff about this switch up. Wasn’t asked to swap out my order if they were perhaps out of hashbrowns. Nothing. I was not remotely aware that THIS was what I purchased. This is not only NOT what I ordered at all, but it could have also been potentially very DANGEROUS. If someone has allergies or any other food sensitivities and you swap an item like that without notifying a customer, you could KILL THEM. This is something that anyone who works in food service should be well aware of.I understand if you’re busy or run out of something, but it takes two seconds to notify the customer and figure out an alternative. And I would have gladly waited for something else.I seriously so perplexed that this even happened, and we will not be shopping at this location again.I don’t expect much from Tim’s anymore but I do at least expect that things like this aren’t going to happen…

I order mobile order this morning 8:18 I kept ask the employee about my mobile order and she ignored , then said wait !!!!! until 8:40 I didn’t get my order at all and I had to leave for work otherwise I will be late!!! Mobile order no need to wait as I order a head of time just to pick up right away! If you can’t do it on time then don’t accept mobile order!!

Renovation is awful. They've removed most of the window seats & completely blocked the view on the east side. I used to love going here to sit to people watch while my husband skated at College Park, but now I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There should be a bylaw in Toronto that corner units be reserved for businesses that will protect the view. What a waste!

Typical Tim Hortons where you can buy a coffee and a pastry for less than C$ 5.00. It works well for its Typical Tim Hortons where you can buy a coffee and a pastry for less than C$ 5.00. does not attempt to be a fancy coffee shop with baristas that will make customized drinks. When going to this franchise, know it's convenient and cheap and you will never be disappointed.Vegetarian options: Available.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Manager Joya was not the management I expect from a former Canadian run company.A homeless lady Francis came in who is a common person who begs for money on the streets.I always call her beautiful even though she's often extremely disheveled. She came into this establishment asking for money or food.I offered to buy her food in which the manager proceeded to call security to kick her out. It's raining out today.I was going to buy her food. I was not happy they wouldn't allow her to stay and so did other patrons. They have since closed both locations and I am hopeful a new one is created that welcomes others.
