ZERO STARS would be GENEROUSYOU are serving NURSES and DOCTORS.At minimum customer service is necessary if not more FOR OUR HEALTHCARE WORKERS. However, what my wife who is a nurse that came off a 12 hour shift received from staff was less than human decency.They got her order wrong, she politely corrected them. THEY GOT IT WRONG a second time! She politely mentioned it to them when asked “can I help you?” By a worker who sounded very rude. Then ROLLED THEIR EYES AT HER when she politely corrected them again. Are you kidding me? I’ve worked customer service for 4 years and have been treated rude by customers before, and I would NEVER respond like this no matter what! Because you never know what can ruin someone’s day.Clearly I’m not the only one who’s has had a bad experience. MANAGEMENT, consider a MASS REHIRE AT THIS LOCATION!!!

I went to get an eclair and coffee today May 11th, around 2 pm. I asked the girl on the cash if I could get it in a box instead of a bag since the chocolate gets stuck to the bag. She refused, saying they didn't have a box for eclairs. I said it had been done before. Yet again, she said no we didn't get any boxes.I was disappointed, didn't buy anything and left.

This place over and over disappoints... the cup lid this morning didn't even fit the cup and they gave it to me anyways as I spilt hot coffee all over myself. .. last week the donuts were stale...I returned it and they gave me one that was even more stale... and I've also been jipped on my points at this location... I'll not be returning... the women at the cash in the morning is all "BAD" attitude... cheer up lady!!!
