8pm on a Saturday night, I order my coffee and need to use the washroom but guess what... Washroom is closed, the problem is I don't think it was out of service or anything, I think they just decided to close it to avoid cleaning it... How can 2 washrooms both be closed???

I asked one of the employee about the Tims card related question and he said he does not know, so I politely said it’s Tim Hortons product and you should know and his reply in return was “some people JUST work here”The tone and attitude of the employees here is unbearable.Tim hortons really need to re-train their employees on how to deal with customers.

To the owner of Tim Hortons at this location, there is a new guy who works early in the morning. This guy is incredibly rude, very argumentative, and knows nothing about customer service. I have been coming to this location for the past 5 years and hate to change it because of rudeness of a single employee but wanted to give you a heads up so at least you can speak to him before you lose a lot of hard earned business.

FILTHY location in need of a renovation and cleaning. Uncleaned spills all over the floor. Crumbs eveywhere. Damage to the walls. Stains on the blinds and walls. Broken fireplace. Tears on the chairs/benches. Cracks in the wall and tiles. Embarrassing.

Ordered a medium re-fill but got less than that and it wasn't worth asking to fix that. The line up in that small space was tooling to hold up those behind me.

The customer service here is incredible! I ordered a croissant and a coffee and they brought it to me where as any other Tim Hortons wouldn’t. The food was very nice and hot, quick and fresh. There is a bathroom and it has a nice interior. I recommend it hear. Elijah is a very great worker here, I tried to tip him but he is so kind.

Hey manager, the lady who makes food here( one with piercing on her face). learn how to talk to customers. so rude. doesn’t know anything. 0 star just because of her.leave the job do something else if you can’t handle the work.

I ordered a regular coffee but it was too sweet. I asked add little more coffee to make less sweet but one of employee, Mimi(I asked her name) said that was the way of regular coffee for her. Her attitude was the mean in front of other customers. I never have had embarrassing moment like today. All others employees were her side and and all others customers were my side. LOL

Simply appalling customer service. Waited 5 minutes in line for service .The female server was rude upon my approach to the counter asking me to get in line until she was ready to take my order. The server at the other lit counter did not ask who was next and served a customer who had just wal ked in. Haphazard in serving customers in the lineup. No rhyme or reason as to who was next in the line
