THIS IS FOR TIM HORTON'S AT SUNNYBRROK HOSPITAL LOWER FLOOR NEAR RADIATION. Bun that comes with the chilli was cold. Not room temperature. Not cool. COLD!!! Asked the clerk to warm for me. She threw it in the garbage and toasted a new one. Rather than wasting food. Maybe come up with a way to prevent this. Perhaps, ask customers at time of sale whether they want the bun warmed or toasted. Also, provide a lot more customer service training, especially in being polite. A LOT MORE !!! I read some of the other reviews. It seems that the customer service have 1 or 2 buttons that they press to respond to these reviews and that's it. C'mon Tim Horton's management, do you think the Sunnybrook patients have time and energy to call in to your office and spend hours on the phone to get thru to a rep? There's a lot of information in the reviews. Just act on them.

One of the worst coffees I've had anywhere. Period. Ordered a medium double double. It was tasteless. Literally like milk with water. No sweetness as well. It was SO bad that I actually brought it back, hoping they would resolve. Instead of making me another. The lady kept asking me what the problem was and when I said it had no flavour and not even sweet at all. She gave me two packs of sugar and walked away. I threw the coffee out.

Kamaljout has been fantastic, very friendly and helps whenever. I come to Tim hortons only because of the excellent customer service that kamaljout offers. However, rajveer gave a really bad coffee.

Poor customer service very rude. In a place like Sunnybrook hospital this shouldn’t be allowed. People are walking around like zombies and to get a service like this is unacceptable. These ladies should be fired. This can cause serious mental illness to some. Pls pick your staff wisely and train them accordingly. It’s very important to have proper people skills. I hope someone from management team see this feedback.They also got my order wrong ☕️ wow

Aug,22/23 at 12 pm Any time I got dark rose from sunnyBroke Hospital’s tim Horton it is not fresh. Today I requested for fresh one that I am having bad headache and I got same thing again. I took it back to change it, but this lady was wearing glasses and she didn’t change my cafe. She said oh we just made it. ?

worst night staff of tim hotons i have ever seen. don't know how to behave with the customers. always serve the expired coffee when asked to brew fresh coffee replies miserably and close the window. I asked her name but she didn't tell and gives my money back and said go to another tims. Always its most of the time tamilian at night who don't even know how to serve customers and take orders. Requesting to change your night staff Rating- (0/10- for night staff)

This location of Tim Hortons is a hit or miss. It depends on the staff that are working there. I do recommend to order ahead through their mobile app if possible. This does speed up the process but there have been times where I waited an extra 15 min + even though I ordered through the mobile app. Quality of food is similar to other locations. The coffees are ok but I do recommend getting the dark roast and not a fan of the other drinks (aside from the usual ice coffee!) Parking is decent but it can get hectic during morning rush and the drive thru is such a headache because of how it is designed. Overall, it is a place I would go due to convenience and for the price it isn't bad either. Definitely a good idea to take advantage of their mobile app as they have food and drink offers available.

Glad that they renovated the Tim Hortons at this location. Earlier they had a small facility with only prepared baked goods and limited menu items. Now this location carries more items, breakfast options etc. They have a seating area as well. Convenient to grab a quick bite when you are at the Odette Center for appointment. It is located in the Ground Floor. Service was friendly and quick. Food/drinks were prepared to our liking.
