When I visited your store, for some reason your staff didn't want to serve me. They weren't prompt or welcoming. They lingered around while I was standing in line, mind you I was the only person waiting. Both staff members were idling and the other worker went to the back. I thought the customer comes first, this isn't a self-serve. After being alienated, I was finally served. My conclusion is if your company/location DOES NOT ACCEPT ME , for whatever reason, MAKE IT PUBLIC AND PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR. I am so disgusted by this experience, for some who was loyal customer and regularly supports the company. I'll take my money to Starbucks.

On 2nd/03/2024, I ordered BBQ crispy chicken bowl and a steep tea it was around 3:30pm. I was so hungry after working for 8 hours but After eating half of my bowl I found a small curly hair on the lettuce, I felt like vomiting and I immediately showed so that next time they won’t waste my money and time . They did make a new bowl for me but I loss my appetite at that time . So I checked later they have given me a bowl of rice and lettuce only … I thought if you want to eat something from Tim Horton, then eat at your risk !! These people are not working properly …. Very poor hygiene and not well trained .. this is not my 1 st time it’s my 2nd time experiencing unhygienic food .

So today wed Feb 21 1pm I ordered a sausage bagel belt, the girl making it seems sweet she was Kiki’ing how it should be called an SLT instead. She’s nice but you gotta tell her to focus because she put no cheese or egg and added a metric ton of mayo (idk if that’s usually on there but the portions were way off) girl I work a minimum wage job like you and that things like $9 at this point so we both know that’s too many minutes you have to work to make that back the money on this one bad sandwich.

Hello I don't recommend buying coffee here I bought it today, it tastes like water with milk... in this cafe it all depends on the shift.... today's shift is just terrible, the coffee was made without coffee... just water and milk.... terrible.. I don't recommend it...

The customer service was excellent, but we had to clean a messy table left by previous customers. This should be done by the staff. I took away a point for this, but still ended up with 4/5. Staff, please keep an eye on this. Otherwise, I still recommend this Tim Hortons.
I love tim bits but I never find it at night. You need to do production at that time. You're losing money and customers.

when this location is on its on but i order from them on skip the dishes often and i would say at LEAST 1/3 orders is wrong. They will forget items, give me a jalapeño bagel instead of 4 cheese. They need to pay more attention when packing orders, it’s happens way too often.

This Tim Hortons constantly lets me down, and changes my order from what I order.Today:I asked for a double toasted bagel, get all the way to work and find out they just grilled it once, very disappointing.But like, why grill a bagel????
