Charging extra to have a medium coffee in a large cup so it doesn’t spill. I’m not asking for extra coffee. Very strange business practices

Made a point to charge me an extra $1 for cream cheese because the cashier forgot and when I get to my destination to eat there is hardly any cream cheese.

Great place for coffee and a quick breakfast

Great spot if you want to spend 10 minutes in line and another 15 minutes waiting for your order. Ordering ahead won’t make a difference, you’ll get your cold food 10 minutes after your cold coffee. Want a hashbrown with the consistency of lukewarm gelatine? This is your place. The staff are far more concerned with gossiping, arguing with each other, arguing with the customers, and trying to multitask so poorly that they don’t really get anything done. Save your time and money and go to any other coffee place around. Even another Tim’s. Not this one.

Super busy during the mid-week for all the office workers. They often get orders wrong like mine today but I didn’t want to go back as I had already taken a bite out of my bagel and there was a line when I had left.

Lines are consistently long, a lot more than other Timmies. Only reason I pass by other locations in the underground to make the trip here is because they have a good variety of donuts, and they use the jimmies sprinkles instead of those nasty, tooth breaking circular sprinkles that every other location utilizes. And because this place is in a food court, the staff can be a bit ornery and two faced. If you're not dressed in a pantsuit or some tailored outfit, your name is mud and they treat you as such.

Staff here are very friendly. Always remember me and my mobile order to the point they'd hand it directly to me. Thank You!!

Consistancy and great customer service!

Terrible service here. Coffee was not filtered properly, it was old and they took too long. Do yourself a favor and go to the 130 King location that is also in the path a few meters from this one. I will never come back here

Something that you must try in Canada

Finally they have kiosk. But the name calling out isn't as smooth as mcdonalds. Also what's with calling my name out 3different times to finish the order.

My first time at a Tim Horton's!!! The White Hot Chocolate!!! Let's just say, ever chocolate spot we went to in Toronto I wanted another one...until my wife informed me to stop looking. My wife told me that Tim's is the Canadian version of Dunkin Donuts in the US. Well, let's say I wish I lived in Canada. I never eat eggs on my breakfast sandwich unless I scramble them at home myself. I ordered the sausage eggs and cheese cresanwhich minus the eggs add bacon. Well they gave me eggs anyway. I started to pick the egg off but I tried it and boy oh boy. It was a good sandwich with the eggs! The Timbits, nahh I didnt like the Timbits...the white hot chocolate was by far the best though on a cold Toronto day. I would recommend and I will return before heading back to the US.
