Lazy staff.We tried to order drive thru at 4am and greeting a girl with how are you and she answer: “not well”we tried to order 3 ice caps but she said “the machine is down “ then we ordered 3 ice coffee and they kept silence; we tried to talk “hello, hello” and didn’t get any answer from staff. What is that means? ??That is disrespectful to customers and she seems lazy did not want to sell for us.

This 1 star for the coffee. I really don’t know what is wrong with this coffee. I am working so close to that Tim Hortons. Almost every morning I am getting coffee from there ( I don’t have any other options I have to) I could never drink a good coffee from there. I am leaving this review because I am hoping they can improve it.

Time was 2:50 am Friday the 16th.I ordered my coffee, med 2 sweetener 1 milk 1 cream, she responded 1 milk? I repeated my order then she said ok. I pulled up to the window, shortly after she came too the window I ask her what was my order she turned and ask what did I order. This went on for a couple of times I smile and was polite while she was shrugging her shoulders while saying in an attitude what u ask for. I explained to her that nothing was written on the cup an I just wanted too confirm my order. If I say what i ask for u can just say yes, I'm just asking so i can confirm I'm paying for what i want, she rudely said the order and walked away. If I'm paying my hard earned money I want too get what I'm paying for. She will want the same for herself too I hope.

Cashier was very difficult to understand and became rude after I asked him to repeat himself. In addition, the store was very dirty.

I don't know what it is about this place and I don't want to say the wrong thing that might upset the wrong individual regardless of what it may be this is the worst Tim Hortons that I have ever been to and I travel from Kingston to London the staff are just atrocious they are rude entitled and bratty not something that you see generally with somebody who's serving customers you try to get a hold of management and they're never there for some reason the food is gross I would not recommend this place to anybody like take the extra 10-15 minutes if you're driving if you really want Tim Hortons and go over to chathoo where 12 division is or drive up Jane to where the 401 is they have Tim Hortons up there I would not recommend this place for anybody not even my worst enemy that's how bad I've been treated from this location if I had been able to I would give it no stars now don't get me wrong is one older lady particular in the Drive-Thru who has always been a sweetheart to me good morning brother here's your older brother but every other person I've ever dealt with that that window has been just absolutely rude foul attitude and difficult to work with

went in for my usual caffeine boost the other day, nothing special except I couldn’t help but hear a manager giving out to an employee(s), the situation wasn’t very clear but it was super unprofessional on the managers side. Is this how you represent the brand? It was uncomfortable for me and a few other customers as well.

came into a café to have a peaceful afternoon, the coffee and the food was good, service was also good, but couldn’t help but overhear the staff being shouted at, they look pretty young, the managers attitude towards the staff ruined the atmosphere of the café, felt like i shouldn’t turn a blind eye to this, hence i’m writing this down so you can do better

Horrible experience. The food wasnt great than the other branches I have visited. Saw the manager being rude to an employee and even customers. Not a very good environment. I wouldnt even give a star!
