All of the stuff of is location is unprofessional and always shows customers rude behaviour and attitude. My experience with them was so bad. My recommendation is please don’t visit this location, there are so many other good Tim Hortons are there.

It’s the second time, I’m not satisfied with the service. The staff missed up with the drink i ordered. They will just keep staring at u which makes a customer really uncomfortable. I ordered a wrap and the filling was about half filled compared to the wraps of other Tim Hortons location. Did not felt worth coming in here with the staff being rude towards customers.

I would give this negative rating if possible and its only because of the staff working here. I ordered here at store front today around 7pm and the staff is so rude. And these guys charge extra for plant based milk!! Other tim locations dont do that!! Neither me and nor my friends will ever visit again.

The same person who charges you also serves you your food. They give you a hot coffee without sleeve. The food handlers have their hair down, talk over your food, and have beards?. Almost all its facilities are dirty. ???

Horrendous experience at Tims. I got served by this middle-aged SouthEast asian woman ( I believe her name is Philissa). While placing an order through front desk I politely asked her to toast my bagel, and she started yelling at me “WHAT DO YOU WANT” repeatedly and her response was, “THE BAGEL IS ALWAYS TOASTED, LOOK AT THE SCREEN”. I was appalled by her behaviour and felt quite insulted at the moment. Again, I don’t expect any courtesy, the least you can do is, not yell at your customer. It’s a shame we have to deal with these type of people while placing a simple order.

Worst Tim to come. They don't listen your order. They don't have good customer service approach. They communicate in their native language while the customer is there and asking for order which makes the other person feel offended.
